if an american made slice of pizza starts to mold after 12 hours one must question the quality of the i verdienst and the cleanliness of the place it was made
Indeed! In Italy, pizzas usually can last even 24h-36h in open air with if it's not scorching hot. It's very usual from us (i'm Italian) to eat pizza even the next day if it was left. I was very surprised when he said that Joe's pizza was already molding after so little time (while it was inside a plastic bag for the majority of the trip, without being in contact with air so to initiate the oxydation process).
Its not a question of entropy. In Italy its difficult to a pizza becoming moldy after just 10 hours, but at least you have to move It to the fridge its obvious that in the air it kinda get moldy.

I had an Italian friend in school, Wow for supper he could put it away, Everyday was a 3 course dinner at his house, Pasta with meatballs, pork chops, steak, his metabolism was fast, cause he never gained a pound. He was a good friend and his family so kind to me.😊
K you know why your friend ain't much of an Italian? Pasta with meatballs. That ain't Italian
Bro, you need to try Bucko pizza in Belgrade, Serbia. Its unique because of a beef salad that you put on top of a slice.
Your face and reaction of the Italy pizza alone says it all. It’s like you were in a moment of Pure ecstasy

More like a tricycle to a Ferrari 🤣

If you truly got that slice and then went straight to Italy it’s concerning it molded that quickly.
Tbh this is a really fair and well thought out review only one criticism is that the cheese falling off and the mold might of added an advantage to the ny pizza🗿
proud to be italian :) 🇮🇹

They're honestly both amazing. I've been to Naples and loved the pizza. But the honest truth is there are many pizzerias in New York with the same consistency and taste as you can find in Naples. This shouldnt be a surprise. But every pizza lover should visit Naples. I loved my time there. Authentic Italy for me. And the views are breathtaking.
Hi im from Italy, from naples, i tried Joes pizza when i went to NYC, and sadly It was kinda mid 4 or 5/10
They really cant compare, its basically an insult comparing those two

if an american made slice of pizza starts to mold after 12 hours one must question the quality of the i verdienst and the cleanliness of the place it was made
No you just don’t undeserved how entropy works, do you?
Okay, fly an Italian pizza to NYC the exact same way. Room temperature in a bag.
Imagine having a flight with this guy and u just see him recording a pizza the whole time even inside the plane
THE WAY HE PRONOUNCED THE ITALY ONE LMAOA
I have a feeling the pizza slice rode coach, someone kicked the back of its seat, babies crying, etc, and probably was extremely tired and cold when it arrived in Italy, then it had to clean up and be ready to compete with Italian pizza? I think the slice committed suicide.

Pizza as everyone knows it today was born in Italy.

Naples is considered the birthplace of pizza. The Neapolitan flatbread, known as 'Pizzaiola', was invented in the 1800s. Initially, the dish was made using only tomato sauce and garlic on a bread base, and it was known as the 'Pomodoro e Mozzarella' pizza.
