usually the unknown and unrecognized small tucked away places are the real gems which make some of the best food.
Do you remember the restaurant name
A simple croissant from a local bakery in France blew my mind. You'll never find one like it anywhere else, they don't live up to the same standards French bakers do (the country has laws on their bakery bread lol). It was the most delicate bread with the lightest crisp outer layer, and the butter was subtle, but just right. Savory, simple, and the first bread I've ever eaten that melted on my tongue. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! I'd go back to France just for the French bakery fresh croissants!
If I eat all these things before I die I won't fit in my coffin.
