I so love your work. You have such a keen sense of what to add where. At every stage, I’m in love with what you’ve already done and find myself holding my breath when you want to add more! It’s a little nerve wracking, but it always turns out beautiful. This one is a particular favorite, but then I say that with each one 😮! Thanks so much for sharing all your techniques and experiments… truly inspiring. 🙏🏼
I really wish I had your knack of knowing how to bring it all together. You are so good at working out what to do next . I need to keep trying to work on how to rescue a piece that I feel needs something else. I will use you as inspiration! Thanks again for sharing your talent. ❤
You can do it! It is hard to know how to resolve a painting. What you don’t see in the videos is me pausing and thinking about what to do next. Knowing your materials and marks you like to make can help you to make these decisions and that comes with making a lot of work. Also, when in doubt, add more paint. Thanks for watching my friend! 😍
@@MixedMediaArtByTrina thank you. You are right, making lots of work is the way to go. I do really appreciate your comments and your videos. Thank again 😊
Fantastic. I love your new rendering of your photograph. Interesting to see a mono pic given some colour … your finished piece is wonderful. Thank you, as ever, for sharing 😘😘
Good morning Trina, "l dont hate it".....l love it !!!! 😉😁 lt turned out beautiful as they always do. The blue pencils are lovely. After seeing you using the lnktense pencils l got mine to work and really enjoying them. Thank you, thank you .......Alioban ❤
So beautiful Trina! The photo is stunning and the way you interpreted it even better. Love those blues, make the scene so wintery feeling, like a snowy field. What camera do you use? I have a Nikon DSLR, but am looking for a new camera. And, what was that camera lense you mentioned? I'm really inspired to create a painting like this now. LOVE it! FAB-U-LUS! 🤩😍🤩
Thank you so much! 😊 I have a Nikon D850. Photography is also a passion of mine. I love the Lensbaby lenses because you can be really creative with the focus. Here’s a link to the Sweet35 which is one of my favorites. Let me know if you have any questions. 😍 lensbaby.com/products/sweet-35-optic
Trina this came out great. I love how you sketched it. Where did you get that cool stamp? I guess Temu. I love your better than the picture. Great job.
Not a fan of the colour shaper with watercolour, but love those colours. I think it is a preference I have for water, movement, and a lighter touch. Do you ever used high flow acrylics for quick landscapes? I am getting ready for the 100 Day Project and I have chosen mini landscapes with added collage as the main focus. I was thinking of using high flow acrylic, even though I know its permanent. I do know the 100 da projectcdoes lead to changing as the days go by so I guess there is no loss in starting with high flow. I just want limited media because otherwise, I get too many materials going ...

Thank you so much! Sorry that I make you nervous. Haha! I’m over here making these risky moves. I have to keep you guessing. 😍
The light blue Derwent brought everything together beautifully. I love this-it is a nice interpretation of your wintry photo.
Thank you so much! I love how the blue adds such a mood and changes the vibe. 😍

The blue pencil makes everything pop!
Thanks! I thought so as well. 😍

Love this! I love the vertical tree shapes breaking up the horizon. And the color palette says prairie winter so perfectly!

Alison, I love that you got out your Inktense pencils! They are so versatile and fun to use. Thanks my friend!😍
❤👍
Blue reads as water to me when it's under the horizon because it reflects the sky.
I can totally see that. Thanks for watching! 😍

Isn’t art a wonderful thing? We can each do whatever we like or love to our heart’s content!
I have only used high flow acrylics a few times on cavas but not on paper. Good luck on your 100 day project. Thanks for watching. 😍
I like so much 🖤🤎🤍💙
Thanks so much! 😍
