Cardio is a must for everyone but if done too intense theres a chance to develop right heart hypertrophy which can lead to sudden death in atheletes. Do see a doctor before trying to up your regime.
God, as a spin instructor, I hate spin classes /boutique that does all those stupid movements while on a bike. Intensity should be with music and hill climbs not failing your arms around like the one he took.

Ahhh Crossfit! The "legendary" workout to injure all beginners with improper technique and extremely bad lifting form. People who don't lift shouldn't even be near all that honestly smfh.
Yes!! It's not for beginners if you dont know how to do the proper form. U will injure yourself 100%. Take it from someone who did it without prior knowledge.
Everyone starts at some point. I had no weightlifting experience before walking into a CrossFit gym the first time. Have been doing CF for almost 5 years now. Never had an injury. Feeling in the best shape of my life. There’s always an option to adjust workouts for beginners.
