@scott adamson Can you tell me what type of cabinet door hinge you used? I too am using 80/20 for our cabinets but want something to use with at least 1.5 inch overlay...any suggestions? thanks!!!
Sorry to be offtopic but does someone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the login password. I would love any tips you can offer me!
@Austin Blake thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm trying it out now. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
If you need to remove laminate after it’s stuck just pour thinner between the layers will come right off. Once it flashes off you can reapply glue and reuse
Hi Scott, Enjoying your videos so far ! I’m planning out my build just wondering what your costs to build your interiors? Looks like your building them as a business ?
Good information Scott. I have been lucky had a good friend that owns countertop plant ,he did all my laminating for me . He recently passed away ,so now I need to learn these skills . seems one of the important parts is letting the glue get just the right amount of sticky . He also used an edge router ,much small then the one you are using . Thanks for sharing .
Hey Scott I gave up on the spray glue and went with a roller. Buy cheap rollers and throw them away each time. No overspray mess and no cleaning afterwards.
Hi Scott! Winnipeg boy here and following your journey. I found you through Sara & Alex's build series. I'll be keeping an eye out for your Sprinter on the roads. Anxious to see the finished product.
@@scottadamson6116 Yea! Trying to get stuff done on my 2019 ProMaster 3500 159 and with this cold it's not happening fast. I gotta cut the holes for my fans and install my roof rack and panels so I hope the weather warms up a lot in the next couple of weeks.
@@scottadamson6116 I have checked out several 80/20 videos. What is your website address? This one did not seem to work - scottradamson.com - file not found?
How are you finishing your edges?
After gluing down the laminate on your countertops, how do you finish the edges or do you just let them be plywood edges? Thanks
Yep, Slap latches, I totally agree ua-cam.com/video/g2zytYWHf7Y/v-deo.html
Great videos. I'm wondering if soft close slides are compatible with this type of marine slam latches

Run some thinners thru your glue gun straight after use... give it a whirl!
Lookin' good, Pasadena!
Scott it’s coming along quite nicely. That laminate looks great and I look forward to seeing how it holds up. Thanks for the update.

Yeah I use that for the smaller jobs, I find for stuff like the foam and fabric it applies way too much material.
@@scottadamson6116 I agree it does not work on material and spraying is necessary.
Loving the build, what was that material used in the beginning of the video, and looked like used to upholster those speaker cutouts?

Scott Adamson huge. Thanks man

Coming soon!
@@scottadamson6116 any update on the edge finishes? I'd really like to see what you do.
