I used to drool over these widebody Starquests back when they were brand new. Still a gorgeous looking car to today’s standards. Someday I plan to own one and Ls swap it. If I can find one that is
I know what you speak of. I owned the same year and color combination. I had it repainted with some pearl. The he head cracked. I could not afford to repair.
wish a fan of vintage cars would get it,rather than an quik oppertunist hoping to sell it for more money, nother words.......hope someone gets it & appreciates it & loves the car.
Tengo uno igualito del mismo color se calentó y ya no voy a arreglarlo las cabezas me cuestan 4. 50. Dólares ya la quite para si alguien nesecita algo barato
Aren't "barn finds" supposed to be filthy? I expected this TSi to be covered in dirt/dust and with registration from the 90's, with mouse excrement in the engine bay.
@@tonym3659 all Mitsubishi cars in the 80s were imported that includes the conquest... That means its 100% JDM and fully forged internals... 1990 they stopped and made in the USA called DSM....

I'm in love. Mine was a 1988 Conquest TSI, white with burgundy interior. Should have kept it...definitely!

@@korbendallas4232 It would be an absolute hit if Mitsubishi re released the Starion today. With the advancements in technology and that bodystyle!!!
Excellent video!!
I remember sitting in one of these in yellow with tan cloth interior....what a great color on this car!
Excellent condition and beautiful example of Japanese engineering and design. I love the Starquest.
Would love to own one of these again.
