Hi Ashell, Good to hear from you again! I suspect they were bought for slaughter. I've never heard about fat animals being easier to handle but those animals were WILD!
@@MazwiKhanyile-tc1hu that's true but for slaughter you can go to a low quality auction and get good deal's there and breeding go to a high quality auction and means high fertility cattle what do you think
Best times of my life was growing up going to auctions with my dad and uncles, they would shout out they were going and any kid around that wanted would jump in the back of the truck.
Hi John, I also grew up around them. One day I asked my dad to bid on some calves for me. I couldn't see him doing anything so took matters into my own hands. Turns out we were both beeing against each other without knowing! 🤣🤣🤣 Good times!!!
the sheeps you called damaras are actually meatmasters, they look alike. meatmasters are crosses of damaras and another red breed . damaras are normally white and black while meatmasters are white and brown
