I thank you for doing a report on cricket. As a white American who plays and watches the sport, I constantly get bullied and picked on by people who come from cricket countries, even at the DMV! Nice to know I'm not the only one who gives cricket a shot.

I'm 19 (and a half if that matters) I am infinitely dissapointed that I never got a chance to play cricket as a kid and now it feels like I'll never be able to play competitively. That sucks man.
Play Cricket Canada, Cricket is the best Bat & Ball sport in the world. It's the best sport for testing you reflexes, Hand Eye coordination, it's high scoring & exciting. And you get to compete regularly internationally.
If Canada had warmer weather it would be a superpower in Cricket like Australia. Basically, both countries are the same vast empty lands to make lots of Cricket grounds. But 8 months temperature stays below 10 Celsius and in summers lots of rains. Weather kills Cricket in Canada. I see USA got a better climate for Cricket in southern states.
actually BCCI should start making contributions. you can't accept the government to start funding everything happening in the country. The BCCI is extremely rich, it could sure do with some sharing.
Canada is playing cricket from many years and still there is no strong national team.Canadian government should come up and must help the Cricket board.

@@narsplace I believe you weren't able to perceive what I said I meant when we take immigration from the countries like Australia NZ UK or India there'll more people who'll be playing cricket on a daily basis in Canada which means it also going to attract the attention of canadians who will eventually want to play it as well and once they starting playing it and it gets popular you'll have your wish of long generational Canadians who are also immigrants by the way playing in the canadian national team like at the moment football or soccer ⚽ is growing exponentially in Canada and Canada recently developed their own league seperate from USA based on European rules and regulations because we have more immigrants from eastern Europe at the moment .
If i ever move to Canada, this Aussie would be happy to play for Canada.
