  • Welcome back guys! I’ve seldomly done review videos like this, compared to legit in depth reviews and driving impressions with 0-60s. But since I didn’t have access to this SUV today and it’s been sold I figured some of you might appreciate my thoughts and if nothing else I had fun checking it out!

    I would just love to see more Toyota vehicles that are built in Japan. The difference is night and day. Japan has true professionalism in engineering and manufacturing.

      I love vehicles that are assembled in Japan. Unfortunately there’s fewer and fewer these days!

    That’s a 1958. I ordered one in black. It has all the off road ability you need and nothing you don’t. There are people out there like me who prefer cloth seats. I prefer manual seats. I don’t want a sun roof. This is like a real Land Cruiser is supposed to be. Made to go off road…. Not to glam while taking the kids to school.

      Well said! I’m excited for you, that sounds like a sweet LC you have arriving soon.

    If we build it they will come. Hand over there money and finally be happy. Amazing.
    Amazing most other OEM's can't crack the code.
    👍🏻👍🏻

    I like the overall exterior design. But have to agree.... WAY too much plastic for the money involved.

      I wish these cost 45k, at that price point I’d probably trade the Wilderness for one lol.

      Yeah, at that price, couldn't blame you.

      I’m hoping the new 4Runner is priced similarly to the outgoing 5th gen. If worth the price that could be a Subaru replacement down the road. 🧐

    $60k - $70k and the first thing you need to do is replace the OEM tires with something capable of going off road....assuming any of these actually end up going off road. I like the exterior. Typical Toyota interior with acres of cheap plastic. I wonder about the long-term durability of the 4 cylinder if these are used to tow anything.

    • @AutomotiveAnonymous208
      @AutomotiveAnonymous208  26 днів тому +1

      Absolutely! I mentioned they were AS tires but did not emphasize how non off road worthy they truly looked, so thank you for mentioning that!

      I get that! I use to own an 07 FJ with the TRD Blower. I miss that. Somehow I sold it with 94k miles for 16,500 about 7 years ago lol. 🤦‍♂️

      Haha, in retrospect it does. But at the time I was driving 1k miles a week doing physical therapy between towns and needed better MPG. So I picked up a 3rd gen Tacoma with the 2.7 and 5 speed. 🤷‍♂️🤪 I went from 15MPG to 24.
