Huge confirmation and direction for me here. Recently saw much improvement when I employed this kinda arm hand action. Now to get the body and pivot to match. Noticed I'm very late with the application of ground force, my left leg stays bent so long before straightening...
But interestingly Bender advocates a different hand action (ulnar, flexion + supination) while Rowles here show flexion to extension *left hand*. Always wondered which to use and why
Merci TERRY !!! for all your videos I'm golf instructor in france and I learn a lot . thanks you so much. Chris

Mike Bender would appreciate the swinging arms concepts. People have dismissed this information for some years now.

Awesome video Terry!!! Fred is lucky to have access to you and Mike
Fred got that mechanical swing
Hi Terry, Does this work for all swing types? Are the arms moving the same as for a side cover player?
This is brilliant
