Such beautiful advice to focus on the things we do like about ourselves. My lower face bothers me for sure. I've gotten a little filler in the jawline and it helped a little. I didn't want to do very much in fear of the face looking heavier. I've always been thin and never thought I'd have jowls, oh well. Lots of Love and have a wonderful day together ladies!

About the estrogen on the face, I just watched a UA-cam short from Heather Hirsch MD, where she says it is perfectly fine to use Estrace vaginal estradiol on the face. It does not become systemic. She says to use just a pea size amount. If you have a Rx from your doctor for menopause symptoms it should be significantly less expensive than the new product you are trying. Anyway, I happen to have a "stockpile" of Estrace when I had a lot of problems with my systemic HRT not "reaching" my vagina. I have just started trying the Estrace on my face. I'll report back to you! My face is so old that I don't expect to see anything, though.
Oh, Claudia, please give us your opinion on SkinBetterScience products you are using. They are expensive, but they do combine interesting actives into one product.

That jowls return immediately after face lift is definitely true. They came back after 5 (!) weeks. I try my best with face exercise, that helps somewhat, with skin and with bone loss.
Oh no, that is such a bummer. Those darn jowls, I think we need to just learn to accept them

@@claudiaglows lol. No worries. One becomes sceptical of some of the various treatments if they include expensive creams etc. As you say they most likely cannot make big changes. We have to simply do the best we can for ourselves inside and out and put on a smiley face :) ❤️

Regarding amino acids I take L-lysine to prevent occasional cold Sore breakouts from stress & especially when doing anything around my mouth like micro blading or an active that gets a little too close . I take l- Tryptophan to induce sleep and it works !! I also take Nac which supports respiratory function . Can’t wait to watch Tamara’s part 2 . Have fun 🌼

Hi Claudia, hope you can look at Renuva, which is an injection of fat from a donor, completely safe, so you can have it done just like Sculptra, but this is fat and lasts among 10 years, but it’s expensive. The only thing is what you mentioned you don’t know exactly how many % is going to stay. But aside from that, it’s an excellent option for the long term. Thanks for your videos ❤❤❤

Yes I tried it, and it is good, but expensive, but I think if you have the money, it’s the best option because it lasts 10 plus years. And it is so natural looking.

I’m like Tamara in the sense of how I handle criticism or unfriendly remarks-in that I used to be more reactive maybe overreactive actually no maybe there I was overreactive when I was young, and so now I do feel like I put up with a lot more. I think that sometimes people are just careless. But I think Claudia has a good point in that if somebody is putting you down or making you feel bad about yourself are they really your friend? There are so many things discussed here that I am interested in, but that was one that really triggered me to comment. I like this freeform Q&A!
I agree with you, sometime people are just careless, but continued put downs should not be allowed, esp. by loved ones or friends (or really anyone)

@@claudiaglows Claudia I was a sailor and a rider and if I wasn't on a horse or boat we were at the club in the pool or tennis or laying out somewhere. That's how I got skin cancer so I am too afraid of HRT or even growth factors.

i am still mixing egg yolk with honey and applying that. (raw egg white has anti-nutrients that inhibit synthesis of some b vitamins I guess?) ... I try to leave that on for half an hour (I'm afraid that isnt enough..? do you think it needs to be on longer?) ... I also apply vitamin c moisturizer.. so my skin gets all it's nutrition... I do HIIT and weight-lifting and weekly 24-hour fasts, so I should be pumping a lot of growth hormone. ... then I like to take a hot bath with supplemental 02 (6L/min at 95% O2) a multivitamin, fish oil, and a herbal concoction blended to stimulate TELOMERASE: gotu kola, astragalus, ashwaganda, green tea ... the combination of the supplemental 02 in the hot bath along with the concoction I am hoping will re-lengthen telomeres ... but honestly how can you know???? .. I just turned 38 and a student today told me I look like a movie star. I also have a date with a 21 year old =p so I guess I'm doing ok. ... there is that CHUANDO TAN guy, omfg, ... he started all of this. I guess he showed us what is possible -- it's worth trying. ooooo also I am low-carb into keto/carnivore, which is also a pretty big deal, (though always thinking how I'm going to get my vitamin C.... dang... should have scambled eggs with that bell pepper this mornign instead of boiling them....) ... anyways... any input or advice on this stuff? I have to admit I am dissapointed you didnt go wild over the egg yolk mask =p
It sounds like you are doing a lot of great things and as you said, it seems to be working.
I am honestly not sure about the egg mask. I don't know how much of the nutrients are making it past the skin barrier, but if you are seeing positive results, that is great.

My husband looks at least 10 to 15 years younger on camera, he has a UA-cam channel, so I agree with her when she says the camera doesn’t always pick up on things. He also does not use filters.
Thank you for sharing that. They say the camera adds 10 pounds, but it seems to also deduct 10 years :)

@@claudiaglows I have some on the ready to go which are 25 30 gage I think 🤔 bigginer threds I'm still wacthing many of my diy channels for inspiration they do lift and build collagen some get amazing results from them so far so good with my diy journey 🥰 topical skincare can only do so much.

Oh, I know so well how it feels to spend loads of money in procedures and don't see results 😢
Last year I finally consulted with a plastic surgeon to treat my acnce scars, and had 3 subcission sessions, two Fractora and one fractional CO2 laser, one month apart each, and, did not see much difference, apart on my savings account.
And I actually think my skin look worse, because I was told to interrupt tretinoin before and after Fractora and the laser, and, then, acne is back!
So, I decided to take a break from it all, the money, the time, and interruption on my skincare was not worth it.
I will revisit it in the future, but I am thinking to do just basic microneedling and I will not stop tretinoin, at least not more than a maximum of 3 days.

Hi Ana, thank you for your kind words! Yes, you can use them all together. If you want to use the Adipeau I would say use that as your moisturizer and use the Emepelle serum below.
When I used the Adipeau, I used I put it on first thing in the morning and left it on for a few hours, than washed it off and did my regular skincare. But it should be fine layering it

Thanks, ladies! From my experience w/Sculptra I would advise to ignore the 1 vial per decade general recommendation (although neat marketing tool), because happily for me, early 60s and 4 vials (4 treatments, midface for volume loss/wrinkling) worked well 4 me. Very glad bc could get very expensive! Credit to my master injector and Sculptra expert ❤

Hi there - volufiline really does work - it makes fat cells to enlargen. Actually you have to be a bit careful with it as in where you put it precisely. I haven’t tested dr Rajanis cream and don’t know the percentage used - he may have erred on the side of caution with it - but it really does work so I would just be persistent with it.

oooo you know what else I've been doing, is putting a lot of nervous energy into my face-- that is, like flexing the face into a smile or "pierce brosnan" or "zoolander" without moving it, which should be strengthening the nerves and muscles, bringing that bio-electrical energy into the face ... I also do a little exercise, especially focusing on the nerves more than the muscles (you can tell the difference when the nerves get stronger,) and a couple sets of strong blinking and .. I even have a jaw-ciser chewing exercise toy in my bathroom I do 2 sets a day at different angles, (I also chew gum..) ... but the focus on the nerve strengthening.. i wonder how key that is...?

Hi Ana, there are some peptides that promise to help with lines, but they’re not going to be as powerful as Botox. However, they might be a good alternative. Also there these things called Frownies, which is basically a piece of adhesive you stick on, so you can’t frown. Some people have had good results with those.

But now I'm thinking perhaps a full-body panel would be better to get all those benefits also on other areas of my skin. My question is: are panels as effective as masks? Do they provide the same amount of light that penetrates your skin?
I personally love having a panel, because of all the benefits it has to offer. And yes, they are just as effective. While they are not directly on your skin, they have greater irradiance

Lots of facial fat questions. Just eat more healthy fats to gain more facial fats. I eat a lot of walnuts, almonds, fat grassfed butter, olive oil, etc. and my skin seems to be holding up pretty good for being almost 50. The most important thing to is not to gain more than 10lbs from your ideal weight. yoyo dieting weakens your skin by stretching it. Progesterone cream from natural yams also helps thicken the dermis. Lots of great information from a UA-cam hormone expert, named Barabra Hoffman is where I buy my cream.

My question is, I had fat melted from ulthera from bad providers. I was a desperate and had sculptra even with an autoimmune disease and it’s lasted 3 or more years. What is the issues with sculptra and autoimmune diseases? I’m confused.

I was on Bio identical estridail and progesterone cream are used to use them both on my face. It did something to mygutt Health. Is an LED panel more beneficial than a mask?
Hi Cheryl, that is a great question. Some say yes, some say no. A panel will have greater irradiance, but a mask is right on the skin.
I like my mask for travel and my panel for when I am at home, as it covers almost all of my body. But you have to have the time to stand in front of it, vs with a mask you can multi task. So both have pluses and minuses and it just depends on what it is you are looking for and how you want to use it

I've had to go on hrt at 40 and I'm so scared my body is failing me and I'm going to rapidly age 😔 everyone keeps saying how young I am and they can't believe it. I feel so alone 💔 like my body has failed me. I used to be so secure and happy and now it's like I don't even know myself. Been on the progesterone and gel for 6 days and finally sleeping a bit better but the anxiety is still bad.
Hi Fran, I can completely understand how you feel, as I had gone through a similar experience at age 37. I have been on HRT since age 38 and I’m now 55.
So I am finally in the age group, I do feel understood by, but I remember being young and my friends still having children and not will be able to talk to anybody about my struggles.
Please know that you’re not alone! If the HRT is helping you, that’s all that matters.

It’s all diet and lifestyle. Hrt is still not natural it is all synthetic I have reaseached more than anyone on this topic I’m thinner now and in the best shape of my life than when I was on hrt
