I have just come across your program for the first time and thourghly enjoyed it. I am 77years old, have been a practising Catholic all my life, very involved with my church here in Australia. I noticed when you were making the sign of the Cross and saying it you did so very quickly, as though it was something to be done as soon as possible. Remember, many young people ( and not so young!!) are watching you and will follow your example, so please, say it slowly and reverently. When I am making the sign of the Cross over myself I make sure to do so correctly because I don't know who is watching. Sexual abuse also happens within protestantism. Some of these sects are small and information about them doesn't spread easily. In some of these sects, there's been extreme sexual abuse, pedophilia, underage marriages, as well as, adultery. Finally, homosexuality is not a lifestyle. The Catholic church just hasn't had the audacity to understand that two people of the same sex can be attracted to each other; however, if it were to delve deeper into the scriptures you would see many homosexual characters--David and Jonathan, Ruth and Naomi, Daniel and Ashpenaz, and the Ethiopian eunuch, just to name a few. Research Dr. John Boswell's books on the medieval church and how same-sex partners were respected and even married inside the church. Also, left out of this equation is the countless Catholic priests, as well as, non-catholic ministers, lay people, choir directors who are also gay but are looked up to because of their faith and contributions.

You need to first be able to define what worship is and how one ought to do it
