Just got home from PDC today! Mantis shrimp did the trick to bring in a couple of nice Bones! Fishing was a little tough with the wind and changing light but had an awesome time! Really enjoy your videos, thank you!!

Try to get gamakatsu hooks Saltwater models #8, 6 and 4. There’s no perfect size for a fly, it all depends on the water depth you’ll fish in, “(the Size hook, bead or dumbbell eyes)” will create a good recipe for the area (depth). Example: size 8 hook w/small bead chain eyes for skinny water! And so on!.. 🙌🏽🎣

Fishing at night can be sketchy. I will probably stick to day light. I have had success with bones and permit around the Grand Palladium. Your vids have helped me to fine tune my approach. Nice to chat with you. Thanks again!

Do you ever fish at night? Is it worth a try to pop after dark or under the moon?
I tried once on a very bright full moon! Never in the dark! probably cuz of the fear of hook my eyes 😄
