Thanks for saying that. My kid often sits on my lap and ties with me. I been teaching him how to cast a lil 3wt. he really likes trout fishing just has to develop some more technique and he will be off to the races. I am blessed to be able to spend plenty of time with him.
I like all those materials. You should do a material video monthly, just to keep folks up to date on new stuff & fluff. Get "The Kid" in a few videos..learning to tie flys? Trust me, you'll wish you did one day!
Chris Sewell yeah he ties some flies with me every now and then. He like sitting on my lap and watching. We have been focusing on fly casting lessons with a lil 3wt. Gonna be taking him on an overnight trout fishing trip soon. He is a blast. 4yrs our and crazy as all hell.
@@BackwaterFlyFishing Thats great. Yeah, kids don't have much patience or interest, so you have to keep their fly tying simple and easy at first. Like a San Juan worm, woolly worm, etc. They make a few, then run off and play.
