Hi, I've got an '18 malibu LT and was wondering how often should the spark plugs be checked or changed? The car has roughly 86k miles on it now, and when purchased it had just over 53k. The car is beginning to start slower, it's about to be winter in Chicago so I know I need to replace the battery. Thanks for any advice!

Passed 70,000 miles on my 2016 LT 1.5L malibu so it's time for new sparkies. OEM plugs for it are the AC Delco 41-156.
We put the iridiums in and it actually idles very well
Are these cold plugs?
Vid was recorded in 2003
How long do I need to let the engine cool down before changing the spark plugs?
We did it while it was somewhat warm but some are different depending on engines and makes
Oh brother
It's a 14mm not a 9/16 spark plug socket
I'm looking for the Bosch part number, if anyone can help
You are better off using AC/DELCO plugs in a GM
Did u use a 12 point or 6 point socket
6
What type of plugs
We used iridium

Does it have to be a thin wall?
