I love how you just popped up at the start 😂 just want to say how much I appreciate your videos, I have been struggling with an eating disorder for the majority of my teenage/young adult years and I can honestly say I have never been in a better place because of you. I have been exercising regularly, feeling good, eating well and I just get so much motivation from you to keep going, no matter how many bad days I might have, I still keep pushing on. That voice at the end when Caleb says " ok" made me cry over laughter because the voice reminded me of when my friend Chloe wanted me to do something I replied with "ok" in a voice like that and we burst out laughing
I love this!! i hate boring strict work out videos. you're more likely to give up on yourself!! but when your dancing and having fun like you are, you forget you're even working out!! definitely sharing this with my friends!!!

I've tried a couple other series of "dance" workouts that didn't offer enough dancing, but TFM is the one I've been waiting for for years! This choreo routine goes really well with the music. I'm looking forward to adding it to my weekly workout. The Backup Booties are excellent, and I love how they add their own flavor, which gives fans other ways to feel it. I just want to add one more thing: I wish Bria would wear lighter colors more often, so it would be easier to see her inspiring moves.

I have only just found you on UA-cam and you are exactly what I have been looking for! I like dancing but I’m to shy to go to classes but it’s the only exercise I enjoy! oh my god thank you i finally hit the peak heart rate range on my fitbit i have lost about 50 pounds since last april mostly doing blogilates videos and then today i watched your collab. i used to be a competition cheerleader and all that and have always loved dancing. at this point its harder to lose the last 35 so thank you for making these videos, i cannot wait to do all of them
