@@kimmyymmik She’s holding back, especially in the newer videos. There are meant to be different levels so anyone can join in, and Allison is showing the lowest . It’s important for people to keep moving, even if they can’t move much, and the fact that Caleb recognizes this and incorporates it into his workouts is amazing.
He’s getting a lot of big girls to do them, when they previously thought they couldn’t. I’ve seen a few of them in the comments. As for Allison, Caleb has said that when she’s not holding back she can outdance him.

I have seen several of the more recent videos, and now that I'm seeing this older one, it is cool to see that with doing these workouts Allison has lost weight, gained agility and endurance, and that's really encouraging to me as a bigger girl to see that lifestyle changes really do make a difference if you stick with them. I really appreciate you three for being very encouraging and bringing a fun, authentic, and supportive atmosphere.
I only found you about 2 weeks ago, but doing your dances have started to help with my confidence and help me feel better about myself in my body. I thank you all very much for all the hard work you have put in and helping me in ways you wouldn't ever know. 🥰

Not really. The energy is bad, it's pretty stiff and generally looks like she's having trouble keeping up. I don't want to be rude but in order to look good while dancing you cant exceed a certain weight limit. My dancing studio doesn't allow people over that limit.

Did you have a certain routine for the dancing?
I have a playlist and I do about 30 minutes of his dances. I like to space his harder ones with the easier so I can get a breath in and stuff.

Not everyone likes the same type of workout. That's why there are different options out there. I've been teaching Jazzercise for 20 years, but I hate to run. Dance is a good cardio workout and it does tone and strengthen muscles. A person won't gain bulk by doing it, but if someone wants some bulk, they can add strength training to their workout (Jazzercise classes generally include about 15 minutes of strength training, which is also choreographed to music, following the cardio dance portion). Mostly, to me, it's about finding an activity you enjoy so that you can stick with it. If I had to rely on running and lifting weights for my physical fitness I'd probably just not do it because I dislike it that much.
I am impressed that he incorporates so many different body's as his workout models. Men, women, with all shapes and sizes.
There glow up was so big, especially Allison's, they were so beautiful before and even more now! 💗 this workout was so fun to watch!

I found this channel like a month ago and was planning on starting working out again, but I kept forgetting because I go bust with other things. I used to dance when I was a teenager, but I’m going start now with this song. I also love everyone’s energy and impressed that Haley is doing this in heel (or heel like shoes).

This is a great way to get a workout and have fun at the same time. The instructor is really motivating and the music is awesome. I would definitely recommend this workout to anyone who loves to dance.

I'm in 7th grade and my gym class has to break up into groups of 2 or more, make a dance, and preform in front of the rest of the class. My group gathered at my one friends house and we saw this video and we felt way better about performing in front of the class. After we watched this video we nailed our dance when practicing. We are performing on Wednesday and hope we get the same results. You are awesome and my group loves your videos.
