WX-958 Correct internal plumbing

- If you have purchased one of these already, you quickly learned there is an issue with its air distribution internally. This doesn't just seem to be a Monday detail or a Friday rush to clock out error as I've read alot of reviews and there hasn't been much on correcting the issue.
Hopefully this video will fix your issue and or if you are just getting into coating this is still a great budget machine to purchase.

mine is setup the same way as this but you have the air and powder backwards and needs to be swapped to make the controls on the front right
the main air line that comes out of the switch air should go out to your powder line as it is now it goes to your air line at the pot
easy fix ! but i'm sure it will work this way just a little off

What strip agent are you using?
I just got this same powder coat machine. It works okay and verified the plumbing is like you corrected it. However, I get no movement on the 2nd and third gauges. So how am I supposed to know what to set them to? Can you demonstrate actually using the machine and what happens when you trigger the gun? Also interested in how you built your smaller hopper.
Mine does the same thing.
His plumbing is wrong.. ALL: 3 lines should come through the solenoid.. The gauges can be read and adjusted when the trigger is pulled...

I have a machine similar to this and seems to work perfectly apart from leaving little dish like craters in the paint. I had not experienced this fault until this machine. It's not solvent ,oil or water. Or contamination unless it's coming from the machine. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
this fix is to address the powder spitting (because the rinsing isn't plumbed correctly I believe) and the gauges not working correctly

This is not correct.. ALL three lines should come through the solenoid.. Mine came with only the powder and the other 2 lines just got back-fed which was a huge problem..

Only correct solution is to change solenoid valve 3/2. Solenoid valve must work from 0 bar[direct acting 2/2 for example Airtac 2V025-08] . Defoult chinsese valve work corectly above 2bar. Reworking tubes is wrong solution.
