Lol London Eye is definitely worth it for tourists, to give you a panoramic views of the city and the ride itself is fun. And it definitely wasn't 2 hours when I went, more like 30-40 minutes.

Dude next time when you want to visit Southall turn right from the train station and that is the real Southall. The areas you visited is Old Southall with very few shops. The real Southall you didnt even visit. You came all the way to see Southall and didnt even see it.

Tower Bridge opens every time a ship is big and it needs bridge opening. They need to pay the company to open the bridge. You can check on their website when it will open.
