What's going on pompsie my name is John from portland oregon I became a fan of the channel in 2021 you & greta helped my wife & kids find our hotel & things to do for our first family trip we thank you guys for that & we're heading back to Vegas for my bday June 25th it would be dope to meet you guys while I'm down there with my family 💯
We have lived in a two-bedroom Veer East Tower unit for six years. We are about halfway up the tower (which is 37 stories) and have great views of the Bellagio fountains, Paris Eiffel Tower, etc. We love living there. BTW, the towers do have three-bedroom units as well.
Dude you really out did yourself this time the whole switch from hotels to condos and maybe luxury apartments was super exciting and interesting I definitely can't wait to see more..please give Pompsie all access Las Vegas
I watch all the Vegas youtubers and you are by far the best. Your videos have the highest production value. Great shots, nice edits, and excellent music. You speak clearly and Greta always has cool comments. Keep doing an awesome job.
I met you guys while you were filming this part! It was so nice to meet you guys! I'm sorry for my awkward ways I get when I'm a little star struck lol 😂🤦♀️ thank you for all the videos
We were having the buffet at Aria and looked across and saw in a window someone just mulling about. Since we stayed at that buffet for a long time we were mildly entertained by them just living life on the strip. Thanks for showing us the inside of the Veer instead of us veering in from the outside!
I went to visit a friend at these towers while staying at the Aria. The property is managed by MGM and they have access to the pools at the Aria. It's a pretty sweet set up.
Wife Loves Princess Diana! It was the first thing we did on our last trip in April. We Loved it!!! Great exhibition! Really neat meeting someone behind it. Thank you for sharing !👌
An interesting thing about Veer I like is how the towers are angled at a 5 degree offset in opposing directions. Like you said as well, how nice it smells inside Veer, I found that common in the whole of CityCenter. It’s my favorite complex on the strip.
It would be cool if you did a video where you show all the places that movies were filmed in or around.Matching up shots from real life to the movie scenes.
Whaaaz up ! I just stayed at Aria a few weeks ago and my room had a great view of these towers . I definitely wondered what they looked like inside . Cool video Sir Pompsie 😎😎😎
I stayed in a friends condo there for the 4th of July once and had a rooftop pool view of the Vegas fireworks show. It was by FAR the best viewpoint of any fireworks show! And that's not to mention the awesome location, views, and overall place to stay. We were there for a week, I could easily see living there or at least keeping it for when you visit Vegas, they're supposedly easy to rent out while you're not there, just gotta pay for a cleaning lady to clean after your stay since they're all privately owned.
Really loved this, thank you. Veers is right up my retirement alley one day, if I could manage the price. Sorry, so caught up in your slot page that I sometimes forget the reason I started following you (& Greta), was for your fantastic videos on this page. Thanks again.
Great video and love the content! Question: how did the room in the Lexi look? Did you check the bathroom/behind the toilets again? Very interested in the room considering thats where ppl are staying
I think Veer towers seems pretty cool. part of me would love to live someplace like that right in the middle of the action if i had that kind of money but in all honesty i would rather be someplace downtown or near the arts district as there is so much more there than just the touristy stuff. and then you are still close to everything if you want to go see a show or concert. Thanks for the great video walkthrough.
🏢Ahhh, very nice! Very hip, cool studio that's even better with Pompsie's trademark 🎶🎶selection in the background. And the amenities, the view! 😍 I'd live there! Thank you for the tour, Dakota! 👍👍
This is a great idea for a vid, I’ve been to Vegas a few times and have stayed in city center area and have always wondered what these condos were like.
I loveeee that you all got us on the inside of VEER my husband and I would love to stay in Vegas a few months out of the year once we retire. But since you went into that other hotel, I was wondering what the inside of the new hotel rooms look like and was disappointed that you didn’t show😢
I looked at buying one of those Veers back in early 2010's and they were like 350k (such a good deal at time). But I go discouraged really quickly by a problem they were having with noise. The used to have these panels on outside windows that when the wind would kick up they would screech and howl something horrible. So bad that during that time owners were allowed to sleep over at Aria on a windy night if the sound was driving tenants nuts. They also had some weird thing about valet parking only. So I decided to let that dream go.
I just asked about the parking, so thanks for that. I love the location. If I would become a multi-millionaire, I would like to live in a place like that, but the valet parking would be annoying to have to wait for it. I guess unless you can call down in advance.
back when these first opened around 2007ish we made a cash offer on one after 2008. they didnt budge on the price....LOTS of these units were empty for a LONG time. interesting, the price hasn't really gone up on the cheap units since they opened, but the nice units (high floor more bed/bath) have really taken off.
Property tours and reviews are what Team Pompsie is best at… Keep doing them… I’m in Las Vegas soon so, I’ll email you and Greta before I arrive and let’s see if we can meet up?
Where did you park when you visited the Veer? I have been looking at them on the various real estate sites, but it doesn't say if there is parking or not. It says Valet, but not if you get any parking slots or not, or if there is a garage that goes with it. Thanks.
*_PLEASE_** tells us you got REEEEEEALY high at the Lexi premiere!!!* 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 LMAO!!!! It is nice to see that they repurposed that creepy property. I mean, I know what _USED_ to go on there ... but even so, they could have at least kept the place clean! YUCK! It looked really nice now!
Nice to see you get back to your roots on hotel stays or visits to other places or travel experiences. I see you improved on your slots play NICE work! If possible can you do an episode with another Vegas vlogger Travel Ruby?
thanks for watching, thanks for subscribing! :D also here's Will Mitchell's Belize channel!! ua-cam.com/users/WillMitchellBelize

Genuinely curious here, how much did a month of rent cost when you first moved in, at the 3 year mark, and then when you moved out?
@@KrnRnnerYou buy the unit
You have my complete envy!!!
@@KrnRnnerThese are condos not apartments
did they fix the wind noise problem? Does it get noisy in your apartment when the wind picks up outside?
Dude you really out did yourself this time the whole switch from hotels to condos and maybe luxury apartments was super exciting and interesting I definitely can't wait to see more..please give Pompsie all access Las Vegas
It was great to meet you 10 days ago at the Fremont. You were both very nice and put up with my star stuck fan meeting. Keep up the great work!
the only thing missing at the Veer Towers are some SLOTSSSS :)
😂

Nice comment and I have to agree with you!👍
💯!
I have been to Vegas 55+ times. I always wanted to see what Veer looked like inside. Thank you Pompsie, Greta and Dakota.
Cool spot right in the middle of all the action
What up Chris ..you’ve been killing it lately
Thanks for all you do to showcase our wonderful Las Vegas. ❤
Another great property tour video. Thanks Pomps!
Thanks for the tour Pomps! Veer for the win! 🏆😎

I was also @ Aria but there was no buffet. Where is it?
@@rickmiller6770 it went away with the pandemic unfortunately. Back in the day it was fabulous.
I miss the aria buffet.
Another great video Fam

How fun to be young & living in Las Vegas. 😊
My dreams of owning a high rise in Las Vegas will never die….. one day!
Keep Dreaming they do and will come true. 💪🏾🙏🏽
Dreams do come true ❤🙏
They're all over, doesn't necessarily have to be on the strip lol
@@desirp88 I fell in love with the one bedrooms at the palms place! Haha that’s why
@@ggdreamzzwp8503 there's definitely way better high rise condos off the strip than palms place lol.
Veer is my dream home! I'm going to live in Vegas someday, and Veer is at the top of my list. I appreciate the tour, thank you so much! Cheers.
Thanks pompsie, been looking about possibly buying in veer. Great insight from your friend
Love you both.God Bless you more
I own a housekeeping company and I have a client that lives there. Pretty awesome place

I love seeing all of the living spaces in Vegas. My sister and I are seriously considering a move in the future.
The Veer is o m yzillow watch list ❤
Dont move onto the strip and dont move into a high rise. You will hate yourself forever.
Wow awsome tour, this place is on par with the condo towers in Bangkok that are known for coming with tons of amenities
Thanks for sharing Pompsie
Great video Pompsie and Greta, And Lydia makes all videos better 🙂
I look at those all the time, wasn’t sure if they were office space. I now want to live there 😎
Wow nice! I like the set up of having the bed before the “living room” and how they separated the studio into 2 “rooms”.

Sony cameras and Gmaster lenses, iPhone, and GoPro Max :)
Thanks for the tour..🎉

1:48 Wow! That's a nice studio.
I just thought how small and cramped it was
I saw these on my last 2 trips 😅Very nice! I will be back in Vegas in July💃🏿💃🏿Can't wait!! Bomb video...as ALWAYS ❤❤
Pompsie; you Rock. Thank you for this amazing video! Enjoy your week. CAB 😊
Your comments and support is always so nice to see. Have a wonderful week yourself!
You have so much pull and we learn so much from you guys 🧐
Pompsie! (IMO) You are to VLOGs as Martin Scorsese is to Motion Picture Cinema. Often imitated. Never duplicated.
This is a great idea for a vid, I’ve been to Vegas a few times and have stayed in city center area and have always wondered what these condos were like.
Always wondered what veer looked like inside. Cute.
That's good camera work and editing.
We need to see the rooooooooms!
in 2007 during the crash, those condos were offered at 65,000 dollars.

Looking forward to your full review of the Lexi
Love the Luke Vibert track you slide on there. My good friend is his TM
It would have been nice to know the price ranges in The Veer.
That was a great tour!
The old Lexi or whatever it was called almost looked haunted. The halls reminded me of the movie the shinning, redrum, lol. Looks good now though.
Great video. Cheers.
Did I miss the rent costs of the Veer condo? Seems like that is pretty relevant. Apologies in advance if I did miss it.
Great content mate keep it up. ❤
I'm with you about living on the strip. Not a chance! I like my backyard and trees.
Just love your videos…..always! ❤
I stay at the Aria when I was there for my birthday over Mother’s Day weekend. I was wondering what those were

Veer towers look GREAT!! ….But HOW MUCH are the HOAs?!?!?
Roughly $600/month or so for the studio, give or take $100.
Shiiiiit. My mortgage for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house is $700 🤣
@Pompsie , I was expecting to see Canibus @ the Lexi hotel! other than that, another great blog!
I told my mom that I’d take her to the Princess Diana exhibit the next time she visits Las Vegas!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
They would look much better if there was no yellow or if the panels were a different color.

I lived in Veer east and it was pretty nice but wasn’t the most practical at times
I read a review on the Veers Tower that it is valet only and can take forever to get your car at times.
