Knit City Montreal … Hi from Australia. I had a fabulous time watching the 2 of you at this event and fully immersed in the excitement of it all. In keeping with the theme I’ve purchased online this weekend some Louie & Lola non-superwash 4Ply Merino/Possum (80/20) woollen spun yarn, and hope to do some colour work with it. As always a wonderful podcast. Kelly looks lovely in her tee, so sparkly.

LisaR : This seems crowded now that we're not accustomed to what was norm before . It IS LOUD ... - it's a shock after being locked down , told to stay home and life slowed down long enough for us to realize how fast we were going ...Vogue Live !NYC develop
ways to keep the overcrowding down, after 2018 . That one year it was impossible to walk through some areas . Now , there's a "Quiet area" lounge if you need to relax . It's so good to see all the festivals able to come back ;) Hope you enjoyed every moment and get enough recuperation time from yarn party at home. Your FO s look amazing ❤
Thanks for this glimpse of Knit City Montreal...I hope to make it someday 😊. I have enough yarn for three years of knitting....but now I really want to order some of that yarn you bought for the Altostratus!!! 😅

Thank you ladies for bringing Knit City Montreal to us across the big pond. It looked absolutely amazing. I'm so envious of all the wonderful knitting festivals you have in Canada and the States. In the UK we do have a few good ones but not many. I love your Tuesday podcasts but only once stayed up till midnight my time to join you. 😅 But I always look forward to tuning in as soon as I can. I especially like the mini set of dark yarn with the pops of neon, those would be cool in a colorwork yoke! Thanx for sharing all your adventure ❤️
Attending Knit City Montreal. All the yarns are gorgeous & I enjoyed this video. Thank you. ❤
I can’t believe I didn’t know about Knit City Montreal until after my daughter booked our getaway to Montreal a few days ahead of the event. It was too late to cancel and cost too much to change my Airbnb to stay longer and flight back! 🥲
I would have love to have attend my first ever fiber festival and meet you ladies! I was having major FOMO!
Thanks for sharing all those beautiful yarn and dyers! Glad you gals had such an awesome time! ❤
Noelle's spinning fibre at the end had sari silk in it. I keep hearing that term, but I've also heard mulberry silk, or just plain silk. What is the difference between them? Us sari silk recycled from silk saris or the specific silk they are made from or something like that?
I am completely envious of you. I hope some day I can also hop the train to knit City Montreal. But maybe that would be too dangerous to my bank account. I would want all the yarn.😂
Knit City Montreal was amazing! Loved that you shared the experience. Thanks for the interviews and the closeups of the yarn. Inspiring to see what yarn dyers are doing in the northern hemisphere. Karen from Southern New Zealand
Thoroughly enjoyed getting to watch part of your adventure, and I'm so envious that you got to be there while I was stuck in the Texas heat, humidity, and storms! Thank you for sharing Knit City Montreal!

So lovely to hear Noelle say that your trip was a "few days of friendship, fellowship"....Kelly so lovely said all the people they met, so many that watch the podcast, "makes our day and fills our heart". Well, Kelly and Noelle, each podcast does that for your viewers! This podcast was chock full of inspiration- learning about the various fibers, the color combinations and all the lovely alternatives out there for those of us who don't have a local yarn shop. Thank you both for a lovely virtual visit to Knit City Montreal, I had fun.

Knit City Montreal looked amazing! I love the leather 'buttons' you got and wonder if that would be a fun item to sew in the back of a sweater to indicate the back?
