Thank you. I think it is normal from time to time to feel that profound sense of loneliness, it is a big part of our humanity I think. What has helped me a lot is the realization that I can keep myself company. In that sense, I am never alone just with myself having a good time (sometimes not really) thinking whatever. I am most reflective in those moments-- grounded and aware of the beauty around me. Glad you shared. Vermont seems beautiful.
Life is very weird. I have a lot of people around me, a lot of family, a lot of friends, and a lot of people I love, however, I still manage to feel lonely sometimes. I have accepted that it's just a recurring phase that comes and goes randomly.
I stopped using my social media at all, you should too, then meditate, over my years of spiritual searching I found the best thing to do is understand not understanding life.
