I've been meaning to do a similar thing to use up the 2 unusable corners on my CCMT inserts. I'm still struggling to get my head round the geometry necessary around and under the insert to give clearance in all situations. Nice tool though.
I've made that, but with the normally used edges. Stefan Gotteswinter's got one of those as well. It's good to make chamfer tools with inserts you have at hand 👌

🤦♂️sorry about that. Editing mistake, missed including the clip of grinding the relief. Yes I ground a sharper relief under the cutter. If you watch the video, you can hear it rub the first attempt and then magically cutting cleanly after 😆
