This was the most inspiring message JM has shared. Thank you for sharing this JM and Dave.
Being creative, curious, and challenged . Wow, that's the attitude of success .
Thanks JM
My disability journey started in 2016 and the "lesson of arthritis" starting at 6:25 is the best description I've ever found for what it's like to not be able to do the things you used to -- and how to effectively cope and move through it
A doctor once told me to watch your bodyweight because it will mess you up as you get older. Excess bodyweight does seem to cause problems in and of itself.

Honest revelation by a powerlifting great. I must say, what he said was sad when a great lifter realizes the sport has taken its toll on his body to the point where routine daily activities become hard. I feel the same way, I can't bench what I use to bench( injuries) and was depressed for years. Then I started reading Lou Simmons, Tate, Wenning, Coan articles on squatting which has moved my attention away from bench. I m not a competitive powerlifter but I am one in my own mind and heart.
Perfect timing as I'm starting to go through the same journey with arthritis...Thanks.
