I made this cake yesterday for a friend's birthday! It tasted wonderful. I used canned peaches. I used the liquid from the can for the top gelatin layer. Loved the taste. Only problem in gelatinised cakes is, the layers separated while cutting the cake to pieces. Nothing to hold them together. Otherwise it's perfect :D Thank you so much for the lovely recipe.
