What an incredibly well designed house. Not a fan of indoor pools, especially since you can throw a rock to the beach and also have an outdoor pool, but this one looked good.
Rather English countryside view - nice and lush greenery. It gets cool in the winter so the indoor pool is perfect for keeping in shape with a few laps daily. Nice color scheme and the price is about right or a little high given the new market conditions. But, everything's negotiable. The views are the strength for this place. Would have liked to see it lit up at night - I bet it looks stunning!

The house looks so big from the outside but so many rooms look so small and narrow. Also not keen on the way the house and rooms are structured. E.g. why is there a sink in one of the living room areas? Also in terms of decor, it looks pretty inconsistent; some rooms are decorated to a high spec while others are not as high. I'd be interested if it was all done by one interior designer.

some times it rains. and if swimming is a part of daily excersize it could be worthwhile. not for me personally though.
Indoor pool is bad.....the house always has that chlorine smell and the pool room is always stuffy and moist...I don't like indoor pool either
