I like how each guest bedroom gets its very own spacious built-in walk-in closet and spacious bathroom and little kitchen you don't see those features in guests' bedrooms that often so that's pretty cool

Another great video. I'm not usually a fan of big white houses but that one appears less cold than others. Not sure if it's the wooden ceilings or good staging but is seems more comfortable and less sterile than other white houses. PS thanks for the 2 examples of "take me as an example" 😂

The rent is my potential salary as a CCA in a work facility that doesn't have terrible management... I still get worked like a mule though with 70 hour work weeks or surprise only 20 hours this week... and the person renting this spend my harder earned money within a month on rent alone....LOL... I also work in the ghetto... Cherry on TOP... NICE... I hate I was born from the wrong set of nuts and wrong VJ.... Could have been rich if around the time I was born rich people were having more kids than career driven in a era when the internet was just becoming a thing.... today rich people are spewing them out... although a bit Epstien on the back end of that...LOL

Nice modern mansion in Malibu, The bathroom needs to be upgraded with walk-in showers and free-standing tubs. Tub showers are outdated.
