Omgoodness....so glad to see you both. My son is very ill and my mind is a complete mess. I'm going to sit "block out the horrible world" and enjoy you both ❤ Thank you xkx
Im from Australia and we visited Cinque Terra in 2018. We stayed in a tiny village - La Spezia. Quick and easy train to Riomaggiore. Visiting Cinque terre had always been a dream of mine. so glad we went as its so beautiful. When we got off the train there, we met friends from our city back home, by accident!! That was a crazy day! I love watching you guys. Youre always making the best of every situation. Love that!
I love watching you two enjoying life - even when events don't always work out as planned - your enthusiasm and love for each other is blessed - keep enjoying and keeping us glued to you as you amaze us with your life on the road -keep well keep safe thank you
Seeing these videos drowns out the boring reality of society living in a town where the highlight of somebodys day is getting away from the police on an e - scooter while high on crack, You guys are awesome! Aha
You visited a very special place without knowing it. :) At 18:59, you can see the statue, Il Gigante de Monterosso. In 1981 the Italian version of Kit Williams's famous 'Masquerade' treasure hunt book was released and a prize was hidden at the statue's heel. Carla Vignola climbed up and found it in 1982. Fantastic that you visited that place. Thanks for bringing us on your adventures.
@@Roo-s_Life Yes, that's the one. There was controversy over the finder, Dugald Thompson aka Ken Thomas, who had a connection to Kit Williams's ex-girlfriend. If you search online you'll find lots about it and UA-cam documentaries. Sadly, two Physics lecturers, Paul Rousseau and Mike Barker had worked out the puzzle properly and had dug in the same spot beforehand, apparently leaving the casket in the dug-over earth. The Italian publishers set a different puzzle and story, using Kit's original artwork.
OMG now you are scaring me and i am going to bed😱An old man like me watches your video's late at night because we feel safe with you. Then you do that Duff, Duff like on East Enders and say bad news coming OMG 😱😱How will i sleep alone IDK😱😱Oh my days 😱😱😯😯😘😘
I hope no=one shows Alan the cat this vlog with all the cats you've been stroking, he could get the hump. Lovely vlog but yes definitely far too much to do all 5 in one day, we took 4 days to do the 5 when we visited and still felt we hadn't done them justice. ❤
You two so make me smile. So glad you are making great memories, even if some are a bit iffy lol. Facial expressions are amazing . Enjoy and take care 🤗
Those little villages are so picturesque! They look like pencil sketches come to life. Towards the end of the video when you're eating that pizza, I was so inspired I decided we're having pizza tonight too lol. The image at the end of Emily with her head on Benny's shoulder was so warm and lovely. You two are such a great couple. It was sad that you had to leave. It seems like you had hardly any time there at all, although I'm sure to you it's been a long and tiring journey. Nonetheless, it was worth going I think. Thank you for taking us with you!
Thanks Ben and Emily for your beautiful video of your adventures and your music Ben fits the video looking forward to next week stay safe and take care 🌹✌️
Hi Ben and Emily , and Alan , Hope you are all well , Wow what amazing Views , such lovely villages ,And your food looked so Tasty , Thank you for sharing your super times , Take care Both .🍕🍕🍕🌅👍👍👍
Too mutch to visit 5 places in a day you'll need another break in a month's time,,but you did it and we'll done ben and Emily love it every weekend.thankyou.❤🎉
At least when you guys return from your travels you know you haven`t got to worry about the dreaded return to work/weekly commute anymore. Is there anything you`d like to change about the Van now you`ve lived inside him/her ????
Loving your camper trip round Italy … the scenery and food are beautiful. Those 5 little villages certainly have that “West Country” vibe and like Benny, I thought the first one certainly did have similarities to Ilfracombe on the North Devon Coast. My only visit to Italy was on a coach tour way back in 1987… went down via Florence to Rome (where we saw Pope John Paul 2 doing his weekly service out in front of St Peter’s Cathedral) .. then back up to Venice via Assisi ..& stopped off in Lucerne on way back to UK… still one of my best trips abroad.
Another worthy episode. All the stairs, I'll never be able to see Italy for real. Thanks for the virtual tours. It really is a lot of stairs!!! It's been a great month on the road. Hugs and see you next week
Thank you so much for all your vlogs! They are so informative and the closest I shall ever be to such interesting places. Just to experience it with you both. I really feel as if I am with you. You two are a joy to be with! Keep on doing what you do. 😂
Thank you for sharing your wonderful adventure. You are so amazing and so cool you make me feel so welcome to be a friend visiting Italy with you. Have a lovely journey back to England. Stay safe, cool and enjoy your journey. Lots of ❤ from Arizona USA.
Currently sat on our sofa watching you in ILFRACOMBE 🙂Right now we have fantatstic weather and the sea is blue. Love your channel and it would be great if you were to do a comparison visit and video. Have safe journeys
Hi Ben and Emily Another great video. I can only try to imagine the history of these old villages and what has transpired. Your van life is so much different than what we can experience. Safe journeys
Hi Ben and Emily. The villages looked lovely and it’s a shame that it was so cloudy. I’m amazed that you managed to visit all five in one day. Beautiful filming and music 🥰 Take care. Nick
Another great vlog guys , Italy is a beautiful country I really need road trip over there. Those pizzas omg look bloody lovely. Bennie you will pop soon . Take care have a fantastic week x
This was beautiful, thank you as ever 😊 Emily when you delight in delicious food your eyes are sssssoooo funny and get me laughing every time. Loved the cute cats. Ben I believe the poop socks and sandles look rocks! Hoping your return news isn't too terrible. Thank you for taking us on your van adventure through Italy 💚🤍❤️ xx
Glad you are enjoying your adventures Emily and Ben, you have Visited lovely places so far .. that Beautiful Cat on the Barrel his little Face looked like and Owl 🦉
Traveling is so tiresome and expensive, but if you enjoyed yourselves then so be it. Italy is very full of cats and hardly any dogs (so sad). Can't wait to see your next video. It sounds like it will prove to be very interesting.
I have really enjoyed your video.Thank you for explaining about the the places you have visited. The architecture of the buildings is beautiful.I must say the food look lovely you could tell by Benny face. 🩷🩵
Emily and Benny - Really good backing music Benny, it works with the video superbly. Nice places to visit, and like Scotland, maybe, they need mist and rain to show them off best. Certainly worth the bus and train trips. Keep 'em coming!! Enjoy the holiday too! John
An unexpected enchanting village by the sea! The rocky cliffs and cave was beautiful, and I enjoyed Benny's guitar and flute as you explored the different towns. You looked beat at the end of your marathon towns tour and ended with a cliffhanger about next week back home. Hope everything's alright! Jenny
I enjoy the foodie bits as it reminds me what I can’t eat (sugar and carbs)😢. Lovely video, beautiful scenery. Looking forward to seeing France👍. Nice music as always Benny.
G'day Ben n Emily, just found you Guys, I saw that you started your journey at the Marple Lock, wow what a flash back, my Dad had a 4 berth Cruiser there in the 50s n 60s many a great memory, I noticed a lack of a certain Alan , is she not with us any more? anyhoo have Subed and will enjoy your next adventure! from West Australia.
what an amazing trip, BUT you must have been looking forward to a slower pace of life again. We have juggled Narrowboat V Camper for many years and still prefer to cruise at 3-4 mph and take it all in, with kettle on at every stop :) Looking forward to seeing Alan again too.
You two are my favourite narrow boaters, this was fabulous, I’m absolutely loving your van traveling series. I loved your trip to Cinque Terre, I was hoping you would visit Portofino on your way back too. it’s beautiful there, in fact these little towns reminded me a bit of Portofino. There’s so many beautiful things to see in Italy it’s hard to know where to visit in one trip. I always find it really hard to eat healthily in Italy, being on a plant based diet, it’s either pasta or pizza. I can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you. Take care both of you. xxx
You Guys ... are such a nice relatable couple - I so enjoy your trips around the countrysides of places in your quirky ways - however some people may think that your symbol on your socks are chocolates🤣
It's a shame the Sun wasn't blazing. I did an excursion to Cinque Terre from Florence and it was scorching hot and Sunny. Really makes the colours of the towns pop. I also managed to get completely lost from my tour group alone lol. Full on panic but actually ended up great as I did the ferry journey alone from... I think it was Vernazza to Monterosso. That same platform by the cave you were both stood on. The tour guide said meet at a certain place after a break, I misheard and ended up realising they'd got the ferry ahead without me. Panic was not the word! LOL! All turned out well and even the tour guide asked if I purposely went off to enjoy things on my own haha. I actually didn't and was freaking out big time when I realised what had happened. One of those stories I occasionally tell 🤣 Beautiful stunning place and the vines on the cliffs are something else 😍
What an experience of a life time. Thank you guys for taking the time to share it. So Emily how many cats did you sneak back home? Mark Alberta, Canada
Emily’s eyes when she eats something nice cracks me up 👌🏻🤣
😄
I laughed so hard when Benny said it tasted like a pillow!
😄
Omgoodness....so glad to see you both.
My son is very ill and my mind is a complete mess.
I'm going to sit "block out the horrible world" and enjoy you both ❤
Thank you xkx
All the best
So sorry to read this xx
Sorry to read about your sin. I wish him a recovery - soon!
Best wishes!
So sorry to hear this, sending much love to you both ❤
The music is epic, that flute part is like a john barry bond soundtrack, have to release this on an album

You must have missed Alan while touring Italy! Can we have a montage of all Emily greeting cats!?
MAJOR compliments to the editor - this was a TRIP!
Thanks!
@@BenandEmily No, thanks to _YOU_ for taking us along for the ride!
I think "concretey bits" are called harbour/pier walls...Ive had fried sea - nothing special. Great fun!
Happy 100th episode!!!
Thanks! 😊
Ahhhh. Sorry it was not sunny for you there. Now im worried about what happened with the Narrowboats ❤
Seeing these videos drowns out the boring reality of society living in a town where the highlight of somebodys day is getting away from the police on an e - scooter while high on crack, You guys are awesome! Aha
Certainly the most scenic area with ocean views, streets and wonderful homes one after the other and up up up!
I love you guys. You’re the best tour guides
