Astounding collection once again, and the V200 is of course a profound Märklin classic. Unfortunately the real ones are no longer with us since decades and were sold pretty much all over the world. Understandable but such a loss since these have just a magnificent presence. However, we can enjoy them in model form and Märklin has done an excellent job, as well as Fleischmann. Thank you for sharing.
Congratulations on completing The Collection! Hopefully there will be an extension. Thanks for pointing out the special primex 3009 i must spend more time studying Kolls! And nice to see the 4045!
Thanks for presenting the Märklin icon V200 and its later 3021 derivatives. I assume, you are already looking for the missing main-versions such as V200 056 DB, V200 027 DB, V200 027 DEUTSCHE BUNDESBAHN, V200 006 DEUTSCHE BUNDESBAHN 3-Light Headlight, V200 006 2-Light Headlight.... V200, you never can have enough 😄

I have a version from the 60s which is not running. The diecast body helps the traction and makes it robust but the scale and details look oversize compared to the later versions. We're these about 1:80 like some of the Fleischmann models from 50s and 60s?
The V200 is 1/87 lengthwise, so my guess would be that the scale is correct. Some details were problably oversized on the first 12 versions. Steam engines designed in the late 40s/early 50s were probably even 1/76 😀. These models were made for a relatively long time all the way until the late 60s early 70s. In general, Märklin models progressively got closer to scale over time, although diesels and electrics were better from day one in that respect. Things started shrinking to (or closer to) scale from the mid 1960s onwards, with the roll-out of smaller motors and reversing units, and better manufacturing tools. On the detail side, Märklin always prioritised sturdiness, so models could be a bit crude. This changed in the 1980s, again in a progressive fashion, one new model at a time.
¡Gracias!👍 Como siempre un excelente video que he disfrutado muchísimo, saludos desde Csota Rica.
Thaanks very much @Roguico. Much appreciated!

I love the DSB coaches, this particular loco is one of the locos that got me interested in European trains.
👍
Thank you. That was an excellent video. I especially liked the real consists you put together.
Thanks very much!
Superbe. Une belle famille.
Merci! Je suis d'accord...
Beside the SBB Version 3184 I have them in my collection of class V200.
My favorite loco class 😊
From SBB I have the later article 39801
Thanks for the visit, I liked the BR 86 in your last video.
I had the same one ( Primex ) and sold 25 Years ago for 70 deutsche Mark , around 35 Euro.
Thanks for the visit!
The primex version was basically a toy, well it's all a toy train to me, even a Micro-meta kit brass loco is a toy to me, I'm gonna play with it! 😛
Same here 😉
