please dont forget that the winner of the last world pistol comp was japanese and he used airsoft pistols as his training weapons. IMO this is better training for pistols. It helps you get the motions down w/out risk of injury.
Mags CAN take damage, but generally will survive so long as they aren't dropped on the feeding lip (the top part) or onto concrete/rock/etc with force. If you're a professional, dropping them is fine because you can afford to replace them. For the casual user, I'd recommend a drop bag (same goes for actual gunsdon't drop them if you don't need toa magazine failure always happens at the worst possible time).
@kontknager no....believe it or not..the US is the only country that lets its people bear arms...japan didnt let its people bear arms but some avid gun collectors made airsoft to bypass the laws..this group of people is what is today known as Tokyo Marui..and this is Hong Kong...LEARN YOUR COUNTRIES DAMN IT!
Hmm, the guy shooting prone at around 0:38 could work on his technique to get prone and shooting from the ground. I know its airsoft and not real pistols, but Todd Jarrett would advise holding the pistol firm to the ground for increased stability.
metric targets...that just sound really old school if you look back from now (I heard that those had been abolished several years ago, not sure which year that is)
So guys I got an airsoft rifle and a pistol for my birthday this week, MIA gave me a test cert proving my rifle is under 1 joule, dont believe |I got one for my pistol though, Can anyone tell me is there anything else I need to do?... licensing or whatever?..
Ah... you guys do realize this is the airsoft version of the sport and talk about calibers is completely irrelevant to this video... just in case you doubt me look at the lack of ear protection and muzzle flash (while I know muzzle flash doesn't always occur during firing it doesn't occur once) you can see the gas exiting the gun barrel.
This is the best airsoft video I've seen! It looks like a lot of fun. :)
Awesome video! This is just what I was looking for. Definitely favorited and subscribing!
very great level! compliments!

those holsters we call speed holster, for action shooting (eg:ipsc , uspsa...)
1:29 looks pretty beast!

thats really cool
MARUI HI-CAPA custom and WA HI-CAP custom , both a 1911 system.
yes you can! but the Duty holster is little bit slower than speed holster to draw the gun.

very very great. which brands are best pistol for IPSC practice races?
thanks
Tatsuya Sakai, look it up. Pistols are illegal in Japan. He trains soley w/ airsoft pistols and transfers his skill over to real steel.
NO IAM NOT READY
this music in Matrix soundtrack
woah @ 1:53
these guys are good
you're right, it must need more practice! i was shot 9mm , .38 super, and .40 modify.
i love gas blow backs i also have a lot of GBB and you have a nice team
You apparently are. Someone asked a question, I was trying to answer it in a helpful manner.
@joelauipsc
yeah but western arms is good too

MARUI is good choice for airsoft ipsc
my point was to make this competition even harder, maybe even a little more realistic, they should use lgitimate holsters, not these speed draw ones.
What kind of holsters do they have where they will hold a gun with a dot sight?
dropping the magazine on floor wont damage the mag. noramlly ,because most of ipsc shooing club have soft floor to prevent damage
In your opinion which is better a TM HI capa or a WA Hi capa? TM comes with plastic parts but they have good internal parts and you can always upgrade
I see that competitors just let the magazines drop to the ground like you would with a real Glock. Does dropping the gas mags like that damage them?
should just use those new pressure release holsters the cops and soldiers use nowadays
wonder wt round they use in this competition. seems like the gun is acting with no recoil at all
what pistols do they use?
Ya, the airsofters whoop the arrogant "real steel" shooters in practical shooting.
TM HI capa is better i think! it is accuracy and stable when it comes.
What's wrong with this, if you don't mind me asking? It looks pretty fun to me.
How about if drop at outdoor ground?
Not to mention not needing a certified range, ear protection, and being hella cheaper.
Who makes those holsters?
its hong kong
ever think of shooting a 9mm,38 super or 40sw or 45acp? bet you that you will need practice if you do more recoil

I can't see the target"

6mm plastic round. (BB) hahaha...
hmmm give them a real gun and a few days later the city would be clean! jokes but really thats pretty siick
