Hi Alex, we use the airsoft pistol as part of our workout regime to build in muscle memory. We actually have some targets set up (check out footage at 1:48). The airsoft is a great tool in teaching our body and our mind to consistently work the pistol together while under physical exertion .
Did the workout video/book ever see the light? This is one area where I think we need a lot more information. For now, I fall back on cross training type drills that focus on IPSC type movements and skills.

No he doesn't. He doesn't move between covers and generally doesn't move at all. Fast steel is different than ipsc or uspsa
