I found the one of John Doe 17 the most disturbing. The tone he was using with the child sounded almost pleasant. The way I hear people talk to children all the time. It shows that these people don’t always sound like monsters. They just look and act like people most of the time, and if you met them, you’d have no idea. And that’s just stomach-turning.
If you think this is crazy you should go read a book called the Franklin coverup. It’s about a case that implicated so many local officials in Nebraska that the case got dropped. It talks quite a bit about Johnny gosch. Fair warning though, it’s not for the faint of heart

I took a look. A couple people bared a resemblance but upon looking at further photos it turns out it wasn't them. Which, on some level, might be good, because I don't want to go to prison for manslaughter.
Some of these people look like knockoff versions of people I know (definitely not them because of the differences). I think it doesn't help that when people have fat deposits on their faces that can sometimes obscure actual facial features and bone structure. The voices are a pretty distinct one. Although I'm not sure I could actually hear someone's voice and pinpoint it is them simply because I've never had to and don't know if my brain works that way.
A lot of these pictures are pretty damn old by now, and most people don't even know about the FBIs website or this video

The people who do those sorts of jobs are never appreciated enough. Imagine spending 30+ hours a week viewing some of the worst crimes imaginable to try and find someone's identity. The worse thing to me is how much they have to pay attention to the video to see identifying marks or jewellery etc. It's not like they can even watch 2 seconds and be done. Sounds like absolute torture and I imagine it effects them for many years

or lucky, it depends, there has been controversies regarding some of the cases never getting progress to finding the culprits largely because the investigators was in on the child sex ring, its a good chance a large amount of these people get off to it.
There was a case i've heard concerning CP trade in the deep web, but the perpetrators only received, as far as i can remember, around 7-10 years in prison? And this is concerning TERABYTES of videos and pictures, but it mostly lies on the fact that no one is willing to actually review the videos and pictures to confirm these crimes, because u know...

In Vietnamese the pronouns you use refer to someone identifies your relationship with them, so Jane Doe 39 was telling her own child or a relative’s child to not play with something. From her accent I think she’s southern Vietnamese and there’s a high probability that she’s in either Texas or SoCal where there’s a large Vietnamese population. I hope she gets found soon. I know there’s child predators in every walk of life, but hearing it in my own native language that I only use in the privacy of my home with my family is so haunting.

I am a survivor of CSA, it stopped when I was 15 because I told my mum what had been happening to me. We went to the police, I had an interview with an officer/investigator and that was it. The case was dropped due to "Lack of evidence" and my abuser got away with what he did to me.
He died last week, 15 years *after* I spoke to the police. I live with so much anger because he'd managed to escape any repercussions for what he did to me, yet I have to live with the memories, the PTSD and the self loathing.
For the sake of those children, and any other potential victims, I hope these monsters are caught soon!

I hope one day technology can advance to a point where crimes like this CAN be proven, even without extra witnesses. These people need to pay for what they do to children.
Unfortunately things probably wouldn’t have been much better if you had told her sooner. I had my first interview only a year after, but despite being able to describe him and the entire situation to a T, he was only held in custody for a week, and then never went to jail. Because they ‘couldn’t prove it’.
I’m sorry that it happened to you, and I wish that you never ever experienced it…but I’m glad that you got to speak with your mother about it, and that she was receptive to you. At least you know that he’ll never get to hurt another child ever again.

Yeah it's awful. Definitely sounds like something a 5 year old or under would get confused by. Since it sounds like the creep is trying to frame it as some sort of dress up/modelling game but of course a young kid wouldn't really understand and assume that swimsuits = swimming. Agreed. I whole heatedly believe in the American justice system - the idea behind it at least. That you are innocent until you are PROVEN guilty beyond even the slightest doubt.
But in cases like these - child abuse in general - especially ones where there is video or forensic evidence.. I don't believe the animals that commit those crime DESERVE our justice system. They deserve to be taken out back and put down like a rabid dog and forgotten by history.

One of the most infuriating aspects of this is companies like Facebook could probably find these guys in a week tops with facial recognition software. But why would they do that when they can focus all their resources onto marketing to you.

@@nineteeneightynine432 Almost all of them are horribly scarred mentally and they have a very high suicide rate and alcoholism rate, and there is extensive psychological screening and background checking that goes on. However I do wonder if some of them can get through the screening easily because they truly do want to catch these vile people but also want to see the stuff, because they on some level know how wrong it is or feel guilty about wanting to see it.

When you talk about lining locations up with landmarks etc on google maps, I think the UA-camr Geowizard could be a great help. He has a series where his fans send him selfies and using his geography knowledge and google maps skills he usually managed to pinpoint the exact location with profound talent.

I’ve seen many survivors say that the preferred term now by law enforcement and child protective services is no longer CP, but CSAM and CSEM (child s3xual exploitation material). This is to place emphasis on the fact that the material involving children is always abusive and exploitative, while p*rnography is often produced legally and consensually.
That makes sense but also if you type the acronym or even the full thing it won't have the normal reaction of immediate anger and disgust that the normal term has with most people and the decades of associations with the most hated humans in existence.
I sure hope it often is. I've heard of enough cases of women having legal issues because sites won't remove footage of their rape. It's very disheartening and one of the many factors that contributed to me quitting the habit.

The attraction is akin to other fetishes and sexual orientations but it's unique in that the attraction is strictly harmful since the object of the attraction has no ability to consent. Therapy might help but there is no incentive for these people to actually get help before they destroy a life.

I've been noticing that with the anonymity that the internet provides, people are getting more and more comfortable with doing these disgusting acts and sharing them. It's maddening and I'm glad that this video is bringing awareness to it.

@@kimisayo2447 Recording but not sharing is a common trend for these types of people, take for example Sinaga or Mohammed Tabet, both of which had tapes. Both of them needed no confidence to record because what's confidence when one has lost all rationality and has nothing to lose?
People have always done this, though, even before the internet. I know people would make tapes of gore and things and pass them around back in the day, same with recording concerts and stuff. I have no doubts that people like the ones in this video did the same. This isn't anything new, it's just that people who didn't know it was going on are realizing it now (which is good, but also really heartbreaking because that's a hard fact of life that just shouldn't be one at all...)
Anonymity is important, but unfortunately misused by some people. We have pictures of these people's faces, as well as video and audio of some of them, and I'm sure there's much more that the FBI can't provide without sharing more explicit content. They aren't anonymous now so much as they're just unidentified. ReignBot's video will get some new eyes on the list so that (hopefully) these people won't be unidentified for much longer. The only issue is that some of them might no longer be alive, which is both a relief but also frustrating.

Sickening, perhaps, but not shocking. The real problem comes when one of these have power and a working brain. We will never obtain pictures like these from people in those rings.
Imagine working for law enforcement and having to work cases like this, and actually analyze photos and videos for clues and proof.

As someone who was abused as a child and made to do things with other children I don't understand it either, unfortunately my trauma has lead to me finding it uncomfortable to be around children particularly in swimming pools because PTSD flashbacks make me see children's bodies as "sexual" in some sense and it is torture. Not in a way that I enjoy it, more in a way that it's impure and disturbing. I hate it, I have a large mental health support team to help me with this but it's so awful and I can't really just tell people in my life why I don't want to play with their children in the pool. Apparently the act the person was committing against the child was so bad that the entire background had to be whited out except for the perpetrator’s face. Its sickening that these people exist and I hope they’re all brought to justice.

You could argue how no one can not know someone is joking, but how do you know the person making that "joke" isn't one of the people featured in this video and is laughing about it because they've gotten away with it for so long? FBI can be contacted and notified on the comments. FBI can investigate and go banging on doors, and they could be making an arrest or have their time wasted. There's a time to joke and a time to keep it to yourself.

It's usually someone you know and trust who isolates you long enough to do these things to you, and every child isn't going to have the knowledge or strength to immediately reject these advances. My abuser got farther than I'd like because I thought "he's just acting strange because he's having an off day. He'll come to his senses any minute now." And thank God I wasn't a small child and I was big enough to kick, scratch, and bite with enough strength to leave a mark. As soon as I kicked him in the jaw he stopped. He didn't immediately get off of me, but he stopped, because he knew he'd have to explain why he had marks on him. But not everyone is so fortunate. I would advise you study more on brain development, as well as predator tactics. Most predators don't take no as an option.

Child sex offenders have been identified through the smallest details. Sometimes just getting a tiny piece of the puzzle is enough to give more information. Everything from the style of a door, a wall, labels on certain products can be used as a means to establish a country or even a state or city. Part of what makes this so challenging and difficult is that the mere mention of CP is so repulsive and horrifying that no one wants to talk about it. As it is highly illegal with severe penalties it is also frightening to even try to find ways to help stop this. People don’t know what they can do! It is one of the worst things that exist in our society because of that. If only there were ways to safely volunteer our help as private citizens-I desperately wish there was a way more of us could do something more! Not being a vigilante-but actually helping law enforcement in a way that does not impede their work.

Unfortunately this isn't a good idea. If you look similar to one of those people, you'd be having your life ruined due to people constantly reporting you because you might look like one of the suspects.
You might also get attacked in public due to vigilantes trying to take matters into their own hands.

What's sad is how hard it is to date some of these. As a victim of CP and assault it haunts me that those photos are likely still traded amongst these sick fucks, despite being from the early 80's. It's like they find and hord it. I hope the internet does it's thing and these "people" are found.

Easily the most disturbing thing I've ever see on UA-cam. I'm glad that such a program exists , but I feel sorry for the people who have to comb through all these horrific videos, and obviously the victims. I once read an interview by an ex-FBI agent who said that the people in charge of processing this kind of evidence often fall into a deep depression, following their loss of faith in humanity and often have to undergo extensive psychological therapy because of the things they've seen. I honestly think the reason that there are so few pictures of these sub-humans is because it's got to be difficult for any normal person to have watch and isolate stills from the videos.
A lot of these seem like they were shot some time ago. That bathing suit one for instance, that Little Mermaid swimsuit came out in 2007. How do I know that? I bought the exact same one for my daughter who was two at that time. They were sold at Walmart. So most of these sickos probably look quite different now. Still, I hope the internet does its thing.

I do not blame the perpetrator anymore - I know that she learned that behavior from an adult in her life. I didn't know there was a term for it. I was dating someone whose cousin (also a child) took advantage of her when she was still being raised as a boy. It was horrifying but she told me that she had no anger towards him because he must have picked up the knowledge from abuse as well.
I was s*xually abused by a minor as a minor too- I also didn't know that there was a term for people like us. He was 12 and I was 3. It feels like we aren't taken as seriously since the perpetrator was also a 'kid'. Though I am not angry with him since he must have been being abused himself by his father (who is a well known molester in our family).

I had this happen to me, and no one, should ever have to suffer this. I do not live a normal life. I am scared to go out doors. It never really leaves you. Younger perpetrators are generally also victims themselves, either in the past, so young and with such a large grooming element it formed their basis for what their idea of what is normal behavior, or in the moment, being coerced and/or threatened into the act.

When i first watched this video I later that day explained it to my friend, and ironically enough it was in front of my neighbor's apartment, who months later was arrested for producing, selling, and buying CP. He ran a day care and had full custody of his 2 teen daughters. It sickens me that there are people living and getting away with these life styles.

My mom actually had a friend that was involved in something similar. Around the time just before PHub(yall know) mass deleted millions of videos, she had gotten contacted by the FBI that a video of her when she was 15, in a locker room was found on the website. They identified her in this same sort of way. I remember some people were upset when the mass deletion occurred 💀 and I’m just like y’all don’t even know…. These pictures are horrific despite the attempt to censor them. It’s so obvious what’s happening in some of them. Sick af.
John Doe 41's got the same glasses as I do. It's made by Rayban. If they got the city of which he lives in could it be possible to track every sale of those glasses in the city? Might not be viable if he lives in a larger city though

@@chillingpotato1355 Ray bands are pretty expensive glasses, so stores are a lot more likely to track it (as it's a relatively expensive sale). They need to keep a lot of sales stuff as well for tax so that definitely helps.

I’ve been participating in the Europol “trace an object” searches on Reddit for a while, but I’ve never seen the ones to identify people before. The object ones are usually just a cutout of the object itself, these ones literally show the acts with the child cropped out and will stick with me. Especially the first one, the position of that mans mouth tells you what exactly is going on in those pictures, and it’s likely a child he’s doing it to, which just makes my skin crawl
i still cant understand how people do these things to children. what baffles me even more is there are people who know full well what occurred, and remain silent.
I'm face blind, so my eyes really wouldn't be of much help. HOWEVER, I definitely think facial recognition software could help identify these predators. Maybe they can be matched against databases of driver's license photos, mugshots, etc? It's possible that they have social media, but often people like this use fake profiles to lure victims.
It not reliable and would have disastrous results. As it stands now the tech has issues identifying darker skin and faces are far too similar. There would be so many false positives and lives ruined. I wish there was an easy answer but facial IA is far too dangerous. Plus, this tech had a very VERY high probability to be used against the population in various ways to undermine human rights. I'm terrified it's out there for the highest bidder.

I just can’t wrap my mind around these “cold” cases when there is such prevalent facial recognition software in iPhones/FB/etc. The gvt is bound to have something even more complex. And we have tons of Driver ID photos, passport photos, mugshots, etc. Even if there were false positives of people facially recognized, at least you’d have the chance to narrow down possibilities…

I remember seeing a post on the r/RBI subreddit back in 2021 that linked to this page. There's a comment that's now removed but it was presumably a tip that turned out to be a pretty big lead. Shortly after the post was made, the picture of one of the people on the ECAP page was removed with the FBI saying that they found where that person was. There's also another active subreddit called r/traceanobject, where they take cropped objects and clothing from videos and pictures from the same type of material and finding out where they might be in the world. The call to action in finding those people is definitely helping.
