There are actually very few farmhouse-style elements other than the wooden ceiling beams and the picnic-style table and bench. The first bedroom looks like a hotel room, tbh. I usually love Jellie's work but while this is lovely, it's not truly "modern farmhouse." (I'm currently working on a modern farmhouse style home myself in HF2 so I've been looking at lots and lots of "modern farmhouse interior" images online to guide me. This really isn't it.)

I had way too much fun watching 😅 I like house flipper but I don't have enough time to make my house look as amazing as yours so I like watching builds. I didn't even notice when an hour went by lol. It looks great by the way
Wow, the upside down pool hack is ingenious! Same as the couch pillows, I had no idea what the fishing rod tool was for until now, lol. But as someone whose houses always start out as giant ugly cubes with a roof slapped on, seeing your approach is really inspiring. You have a great sense for shapes and silhouettes. Will gladly check out your other stuff as well :) How do you make sure that everything is in a realistic/proper scale when you start out? I always have such a difficult time determining how big or small something should be when I lay out the foundation and walls.
I usually start with the foundation and then add a piece of furniture, like a sofa, to help with the scale. It really helps me figure out how big the walls should be. Give it a try. I hope it helps! 😊

Hi! To get your roofs to connect like that, go to the roof settings and make sure both "Do not clip other roofs" and "Do not be clipped by other roofs" options are turned off. Hope this helps! 😊
6:01 HELP! How did you get your roof to not clip into each other?! (I've tried with the don't clip settings on and off and it never seamlessly merges like that?) Edit: Nvm when the setting said "dont be clipped or clip into other roofs" that actually meant merging with other rooves so you leave that off rather than the clipping I thought it meant. Great house love the look of it and interior is really well done aswell :)

can you build anything in this game without worrying about money? the problem with bloxburg is that you have to make soo much money if u want to build so i was wondering if HF2 has a sandbox mode

Thank you! Glad you like it! In House Flipper 2, once you sell a house, you can't revisit it, but you can repurchase it if you want to tackle it again. There's no portfolio feature like in the HGTV DLC, at least not that I've seen. 😊
