6:01 HELP! How did you get your roof to not clip into each other?! (I've tried with the don't clip settings on and off and it never seamlessly merges like that?) Edit: Nvm when the setting said "dont be clipped or clip into other roofs" that actually meant merging with other rooves so you leave that off rather than the clipping I thought it meant. Great house love the look of it and interior is really well done aswell :)

I prefer HF 1 then 2, it’s just so easy to do…and they’ve just released a new DLC so clearly they still are updating the game. I don’t think I’ll stop playing this one then 2nd one.

I went for the double windows too for the living pave and the same layout with the sofa and TV. I love renovating the apartments because they’re so easy to do. I like doing the houses to. But the time it takes me is forever. I put so much detail into the game I must have like over 100 hours of playing it 😂

can you build anything in this game without worrying about money? the problem with bloxburg is that you have to make soo much money if u want to build so i was wondering if HF2 has a sandbox mode

do you use any cheats in this game?

This huge house has lots of open, but wasted space. A large gallery, a sitting area for 6 people max, a kitchen/dining which looks stuffed. 1 bedroom + guest room, 1 office, ONE tiny shower/WC on the ground floor. Did I miss one on the upper floor? (Edit: YES, I missed the actual bathroom, sorry) TV/reading area next to the bed room and stairs, how many people can actually watch TV? Space for 4 + puff, but tricky to arrange the chairs to actually watch. Because of this open space, the echo of the TV will be enough to entertain the whole house. The big window area lets in lots of daylight, but will also heat up the house in summer. Guess this is meant to have a oversized AC to make it livable? Don't get me wrong, it is nice too look at, expensive because of marble, but more show off than living. Could imagine this for 2 people + occasionial guests, but nothing for a family.

Glad to see more of the apartments on this floor! This one kind of made me think of the Persona 5 protagonist with the red, black, and white accent colors, the books, and the dedicated coffee corner of the kitchenette. :) Very clean yet cozy, which is consistent with a lot of your flips and one of my favorite things about them. Modern styles and furniture tend to look show-room empty and cold to me, but you have a great way of making them seem inviting and warm.

Please furnish the entire apartment complex that would be awesome

I love the entrance way and the tucked-away dining area! The windows are perfectly placed for seeing the big sign on the hills, and the bedroom is cozy! Since in the hallway outside the entrance looks still un-flipped, I hope we see more from this location. Someone on Steam mentioned that for this location, they tried to do a Sims-style challenge: each apartment a different theme/era. I think I may do something similar when it comes time for me to tackle this location, and I get very inspired by how you adapt the floor-plan.
