- We are back in the groove of 70.3 IRONMAN training and I’m so happy with how week 14 went AND we finished the weekend strong 🙌🏼 In this video, I celebrate some wins that happened in swimming, my first brick workout, and running with run club. yess it was, finally haha!! swimming more definitely makes a difference 😅
Perfect length to stretch to after my interval run. I like to jump rope before running just for like 3-4 min plus 3 min dynamic stretching
ooo jump rope! that's a great idea - especially to get those calves warmed up! i'm going to try that next time thanks 😊

thanks so much! I'm going to aim for around 5:35ish/km pace 🤞🏼 haha but we'll see how it goes after biking for a really long time
