For the Donuts
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup light brown sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk or make your own
4 tbsp butter melted and cooled
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs at room temperature
1 tsp distilled vinegar
Red Food Coloring gel preferred
For the Cream Cheese Icing
5 ounces full fat cream cheese softened
4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash salt
4 cups powdered sugar sifted
2-4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Red Sprinkles
