Actually they don’t need to do anything and for fact check you might want to see sales so far for the second half of this year Tacoma sales are doing profoundly well. Have a great day
@ I’m sorry my friend I don’t know what you’re drinking or where you get your data but there are no fleet sales of Tacoma. If you disagree with me I request you proper evidence. Please you may not like Tacoma, but don’t lie it’s not a good look for you
Big Changes Jeff, smaller displacement 2.4 -4-cylinder turbo that needs more maintenance, cost more money and will never last over 200k miles without replacing the turbo and battery- the new Toyota models use cheaper components and the fit, finish and quality are poor. Consumer reports ranked the new Tacoma below average in reliability, No thanks
I waited 3 years for the redesign and I was extremely disappointed. No one wants to spend 45k+ for a 2 seater pickup that has 4 doors....no one can fit in the back seat
no mudbath for an exciting pretend daily offroad adventure to the cubicle... if it was beige then it'd be the same color as the cubicle walls which would induce depression in the buyer
No Everest on the Tacoma? Crap. Tacoma gets the manual drivetrain I want, 4Runner gets the color I want, I continue to drive my Honda Civic Type R instead. Watch, they'll finally get a cool color I want the same year they drop the manual transmission as an option. The boringest timeline continues boringly.
Toyota aren’t doing that just because customers complained on the high prices. The market forced their hands with pricing. Almost every Toyota dealer has a lot full of Tundras & Tacoma while other products selling quickly as they arrive. They saw that the dealers were struggling moving truck inventories and felt they have to hold on hefty price increases. Because increasing prices like they’ve been doing lately any further will mean less sales which results in loss of market share.
Changes? Almost none except a couple color options. I held out hoping Toyota just might make an off road capable Extracab. ( like they did for decades) It didn’t happen. I’m getting a Frontier King Cab instead. 40 years of driving Toyota comes to a close for me.
New paint and more lights will fix that piece of junk 8 speed transmission. Get the price down in the mid $20k range and it might be worth taking a chance on buying one. Toyota left me with a bad taste after dealing with all the problems my 2020 Camry I bought new had. It was easier to dump the car than deal with Toyota. It turned me from a Toyota fan boy to trying to decide if I ever want to take another chance with their products.
Don't forget to check out the forums at www.4gtaco.com ... lots of new info on 2024 and 2025 Tacoma. Jeff
they need to reduce it at least 5k on each
dont think lower the msrp by $100 will move the inventory . need to lower 5k across the board 😅

@jonathanratliff4780 it's just a bunch of year-end tax correlated fleet sales. This truck is a disaster for the commoner.

@@jonathanratliff4780 my friend go compare 2023 tacoma sales to now. It is still down. And early this year this truck didnt do good at all.
A $165.00 off! That must of been hard on the CEO and board of Toyota to swallow.....
Toyota took the most reliable vehicle on the road and made it the least reliable vehicle on the road!
Thanks for the update Jeff!
@@TRDJon you bet TRD JON!!
When they come down $5000 -$7500 maybe I'll take look.
Everything is already way up, I was expecting something special like prices going back to where it should be...just click bait😂
With all the engion and transmission failures the gen 4 has I will pass. My 2018 was one of the last American made ones I won't be getting rid of it.
There have been no engine failures and very few transmission problems. The 3rd Gen V6 has way more issues.

It was already fucked up for 24 so why look at 25????????????????????????????????????????????????
Nissan Frontier is $10,000 less with V-6.

Fred Anderson Toyota must sell a lot of trucks!! Thanks Jeff for the video.
Great review Jeff. Thanks for sharing 👍
Will the Limited get any AUX buttons in 2025?
Love the terra color i hope it is going to be on the trd off-road and sport and SR5
Mudbath......so beige.

I love Toyota, and my 3d gen. I would do a 4th if it had a v6.
Buy a Nissan Frontier with V-6 and save $10K
I made Lewis Lits chocolate mud bath for the show on set .. lol
🎶Nobody can stop Jeffrey now, tonight Jeffrey’s on the loose!🎶
Nice song reference!

Wish they just got rid of the epa made a cheap hilux here. Ridiculous getting 30 mpg and we can't have it here.
Wow Toyota didn’t raise some of their prices, how nice of them 😂

I like the mud bath color . Pricing is still out of touch Ranger and Colorado are still better prices
Jeff, If you say something is 🤪 it must really be 🤪.
Ohh Piss off with a $200 drop
Still 10k overpriced!

RIPOFF
I can’t wait to see what tariff taxes do for these Toyota Tacomas made from Mexico. Toyota taxes will hit higher
It will do nothing but raise prices for the consumer
@ $100k taco. Here we go
All postering, negotiation tactics. not going to happen. The economy is already in trouble. Still beats Biden printing money like we're in wartime.
Prices on everything are going to start level out and/or go down now that Donald Trump heading back to the Whitehouse.
