    You probably think I’m nuts, but I’ve used this for five days and Wow, what a relief.
    I suffer from arthritis in my neck and hip, very painful and was limiting my movement on my neck. I tried everything from salves, tens unit, chiropractors, etc. No Relief.. I thought oh well, what's $30.00 dollars! Ordered and after 15 minutes with this device next to bare skin on the footrest of my recliner, pain went from a 10 to 5, I can handle that. I’ve got a bad right hip and only bothers me in bed and couldn’t sleep on the right side. Now, I’m able to do that. Only had for 5 days, but wouldn’t be without it.
    Doing some background on grounding and found that it’s Veterinary recommended for inside dogs and cats. One of the Sphinx cat has already found that out, may have to buy another.
    Make sure you have a good grounded outlet and unplug it during thunderstorms. Been motoring my blood pressure and it’s been down. They claim it thins the blood, gets rid of radicals etc. I don’t know anything about that. I’m on it for hours when in my recliner. No minimum or maximum on this device.

    Your place is so beautiful and looks so serene and peaceful!! I want to put the video on pause and just soak it all in!! 🤗😍🤗
    I’m sure you know this but for those who can’t immediately try grounding products, they can just go outside and ground. That’s what I’ve been doing since it’s finally gotten warm enough to. I go out and sit barefoot in our backyard several times a day for a total of about an hour or so. It’s really helped with my sleep and pain. I’m planning on either buying some grounding products or making some for this winter. Thanks for the link, since I’ve been concerned about finding a legitimate site for products. The discount will be a nice boost, too!!
    Another thing that helps sleep is getting morning sunlight in one’s eyes within an hour of waking up and wearing blue blocking glasses in the evening to help promote melatonin production. Those things really helped me get my circadian rhythm straightened out.

    I recently purchased a grounding sheet and also have neuropathy so I’m really excited to hear your comments on that. However I’m posting because I want to tell you what I did for my frozen shoulder syndrome that completely worked. I feel your pain! My niece was married to a physical therapist and even tho I’d done to physical therapy for two months nothing had helped. When he found out what they told me to do he said no don’t do that! He told me to do two things and they worked! He said when you’re sitting in your chair put your hands on top of your head and interlace your fingers and rest you hands on top of your head. After a while, unlace your fingers and teach behind you and “straighten the drapes”. I did that for about 10 days and ta-da it worked! I hope this helps!

      I’m so sorry I missed your comment earlier when you sent it! Thank you so much for telling me this! I am going to try it. The only question I have is what is “straighten the drapes “ meaning? Thanks again for passing this along. I hope you love your grounding sheet! 😊😊

    Thanks for sharing. Me being a pastry chef for over 30+years the concrete floors has really taken a toll on my knees. I had a baker’s cyst got that fixed, and now the arthritis has set in…climbing ladders to get my product off the shelves and let’s not forget me spending a lot of time in the freezer every day. The pay is great but if I knew when I was younger I would have all this pain I would have chosen a different profession 😂I’m gonna look into this❤

      Keep an open mind and check out the carnivore diet. Absolutely amazing testimonials of reversing diabetes, arthritis pain disappearing and dark depression eliminated among dozens of other different ailments being healed. Also several M.S. sufferers reversed all symptons. Hundreds upon hundreds of normal people changing their life long ailments. e.g. psoriasis, with this way of life. Kerry at Homesteadhow is good and Dr Ken Berry for diabetes reversal just by changing your diet. Dave Mack also has interviewed hundreds of people who out of desperation tried it and had phenomenal and unexpected results. Blessings from Italy! 🙏 The grounding mat is also a very valid tool.

    Sorry about yours still hurting. If I may offer some advice… castor oil will penetrate straight through and soften all that’s stiff in your shoulder. Just apply every night or during the day for 8 hrs.

    I am new to your channel and live in CA. born native and we are in our 50s my husband has foot pain daily and I have insomnia. Does your review cover -or did you buy the sheet set for your bed for both you and your mom? How does the mat work? Thanks so much for this information, I have Never heard of this product. Was I living under a rock? lol--I just subscribed to your channel.

      Hello Lily! Welcome to our channel 😊
      My mom has the grounding sheet and Mat..but she ends up using the sheet mostly. I mainly use the mat while I’m working at my desk and I put it in my bed and use it while I’m watching tv. I use it about 8 hours a day …I am using right now as I am typing this 😂 it is best if your skin is touching the sheet or mat so I am barefoot with just my feet on mat right now. Grounding/earthing instantly reduces inflammation in our bodies..if you tap the link in the description the grounding well website explains the science behind grounding better than I can. My mom and I thought it was a scam until we tried it! It is shocking that something so simple has helped my foot pain/neuropathy and joint pain. I had been struggling for years with foot pain! I have read that grounding is helping our bodies in ways we may not even feel..like with inflammation in heart etc.. it is also good to wear shoes that are grounded. GroundingWell offers a 90 day money back guarantee. Let me know if you end up trying it out and how it works for you and your husband. The one thing it has not cured for me is my frozen shoulder pain. 😞

      You can buy copper posts with a cord attached, and you drive the post into the ground outside, then run the corn through the window into your house, and plug your grounding mat into that cord. Of course you have to make sure the connectors physically fit. If they don't, you could cut off the connectors, strip off the insulation to expose the wires, and twist the two wires together to make a connection.

    There are grounding mats and grounding sheets. Which one you would recommend for someone exploring grounding for knee pain?

    • @GrandmaLivesInTheBasement
      @GrandmaLivesInTheBasement  3 місяці тому +3

      I started with the mat and I used it at my desk and in bed. It is easier to take all around the house and travel with. I would recommend getting the mat. It does have a rubber like smell the first couple days but it goes away. Try to use it at least 8 hours a day/night..the more the better. My knee pain was gone in about 5 days. You can return it for 90 days if you are not happy with it. Let me know how you do 😊😊

    I’m looking at the sheet that tucks into each side of the bed. Do you have the sheet that tucks in on each side or the fitted one that covers the entire bed? Do you feel that they are durable and will hold up with weekly washing?

    • @GrandmaLivesInTheBasement
      @GrandmaLivesInTheBasement  6 місяців тому +1

      We have the Grounding Well sheet that tucks into each side of the bed. We have had it for four months and we wash it with gentle detergent and we do not use fabric softener because that can damage the wires in the sheet. It has held up great so far.
