      @@SidsTips yes I ve tried it and it is working 🥰 I have back problems and sciatica difficult to sleep at night but I see a difference from the first time I used it ..pain is less. almost gone...so I am happy with the purchase..! I've got some headaches though I hope it will go away too .🙏🏼

    Thanks for your video. My situation with how things have improved is similar. I was having such a difficult time falling asleep, staying asleep and getting a good nights sleep. I've been using the same grounding sheet and mat that you have and it's a night and day difference. While I was open minded to the idea I was still a little skeptical. But now, my sleep has improved tremendously. That is the biggest difference I have noticed so far. That alone is worth it.
    I just also bought the Earthing Universal Mat Kit by Clint Ober (the pioneer of grounding). At first blush, nothing better but I've only had it 12 hours and I was asleep for most of those.

    I use the half sheet but during the night I move around and it wads up into a ball. Is there any way to secure it?

    I've seen some people put the sheet lengthways on the bed as it's so very long, would you advise this?

    Interesting, the the mat was more reduction than the silver fibers. Although 90-95% reduction is sufficient and target and zero is not needed.

    Does it still work if you put sheets over it? Like what if u sleep unit of your comforter?

      You can have it under your comforter, but you want your body touching it.

      It gets put into the earthing part of the outlet ,does the switch on the plugg need to be switched on ...in the uk we have switches ??? ​@SidsTips

      @@lismarie6372 The 'gound' is a hard wire connection to a ground rod, in the earth, so outlet need not be hot for it to be grounded.

    I just received mine but I read the instructions and it says not to use any electric devices such as cell phone, computers because it might give me a shock??? I also want to know if my CPAP machine which is hooked on an electrical hose that is attached under my nose, will it give me a shock, this is very important. please respond. steve

      You want to ideally be touching it on your skin.

    Does anyone know if you feel anything while using it. I have one on my bed but don’t feel heat, static etc. I feel nothing. Is that normal?

      You won't feel heat that I am aware of. It could make you feel more relaxed.

    Can you lay the sheet strip side seems down so they won’t roll up. It says to use with seam sides up. We have used almost a month with no result at all.

      It's ok to put on underneath and when you get in bed, lay on it.

      to work properly, the grounding sheet needs to make skin contact.

    what size is this? how much excess is there to tuck under bed? and does it shift around during sleep? thanks!

      It is on the website www.groundingwell.com/SIDNEY , but it is: 104.3" x 23.6" (265cm x 60cm) - Wide enough to fit across all mattress sizes
      While it shifts some for me, it is not much of an issue.

    I don't understand the science. Since wood needs don't conduct in the first place are we trying to get static electricity out?

      Our bodies always run off of some sort of frequencies and voltage. Being outside on the ground brings our levels back to zero. Concrete doesn't do it which most houses are built on. Grounding ourselves is proven to reduce inflammation and other issues

    Do you stick it directly into the ground plug hole and switch the plug socket on? I am apprehensive as this feels dangerous? This is a UK switch

      You do need to have the switch on. Just the ground connector, With the UK I am not sure how that would differ. I might suggest reaching out to customer support.

      @@SidsTips don’t think so. Ground line is always grounded, there is no switch control to the ground line

      The 'gound' is a hard wire connection to a ground rod, in the earth, so outlet need not be hot for it to be grounded.

      Uk sockets only switch the live, the earth (ground) will be directly back to the fuse board and down to an earth rod and also back to the electric supply company’s transformer

      There is 1 size. They make it fit up to a king mattress.

      There is no electronics with this. Just plugging it into the grounding.

    Im confused, on the website he is using a continuity meter, his reading was zero when on floor but alot higher when laying on the sheets so why do you have opposite readings is that a different kind of meter?

      Good question. I am not sure. This meter was the one that was recommended to use.

      @@SidsTipsI’m assuming you had both the black and red probe in your hand before touching the mat? If so, what the mat and grounding does is essentially block out whatever voltage is reading between your body. When you ground an electrical system, its main purpose is to direct the current away from humans or property in the event that there is a break in the conductor(cables). There’s always going to be a little bit of current running through the human body. I just bought the bedsheet after years of struggling with insomnia. I was skeptical at first, but praying it works. Thanks for the video.

    It didn’t work for me unfortunately…I kept feeling a shock (I bought a fitted sheet) when touching it and I don’t know if my older home had dirty electricity but I got an overwhelming detox reaction so sadly I had to return it.

    If lightning hit your house directly and went through your ground to try and get back to ground technically this could get you if you’re touching the metal parts. And if you’re not touching any metal parts, then what’s the point of having it connected to the ground in the wall
