Thanks for your dedication in simplifying poi. Could you breakdown the pirouette move? You may have already...if so, thank you and I'm sure UA-cam will suggest it in my feed 😊
This has always been a bit of an Achilles heel of sorts...I can "kinda" pull them off but my right shoulder always has the trouble bc of an old hockey injury/shoulder surgery. That being said, thanks for sharing this bc it's given me the inspiration to rededicate myself to working on this consistently to clean it up :)
Hey drex! Great vid! Was watching your 5 stalls tricks everyone should learn and would love to see tutorials on plane breaking stalls and horizontal spinning please! 😁
Hi Drex, how are you doing? I want to ask you, did I just see your page to take the courses, and I would like to buy it, my question is, since my English is not very fluent, if the videos of the courses are with Spanish subtitles? I wait your answer. Grettings from Ecuador.
One of the first tricks I practiced as a beginner. It was so opening, feeling more connected, Groovy and expanded in my flow. One of my favs to put into sequences, they look and feel so cool. ✌️ PS. Insta: @poipaipei
Have tried this and had problems so I think this tutorial is going to help! Thanks Drex!!!

Great idea! I am long overdue for a video on all this horizontal stuff I've been getting into lately ;)
DrexFactor Poi thank you! (:
Super helpful video Drex. I'm already drilling this. Hopefully I'll nail it this time. I just had a minor breakthrough, so odds are looking good.

Thank you! You are a very good teacher! I do have a question, though - why is this trick called Meltdown?

Waist wraps go very well with meltdowns, and you can transition between the two very amoothly
