I thought I needed to take a full couple days to learn this... turns out some of the moves I’ve been doing already involve crossing my arms so it took 30 minutes. The wheel axis with the thumb is genius!! It’s even helped me clean up my hybrids. Thanks for everything you do!!
watching through the playlist while sewing some poi for a friend to start learning. After all the videos I've seen over the years from you, the green shirt is throwing me, I keep looking in my perifial vision and seeing Shaggy from Scooby-Doo
Hey drex, could you add a demonstration of how the beginner moves can be used as a foundation for advanced versions. I've been watching you videos for a few years now and would love to see some advanced stuff. I know that this is a beginner video though 😊
I'm having a hard time really visualizing what you're describing here...I feel like the flow session I upload do show where this stuff can go in a more advanced form or are you saying you'd like to see videos wherein I show off an advanced trick and talk about all the smaller pieces that led to getting it?
@@DrexFactor Don't worry about it, I'm just anxious for your more advanced videos. The ones involving transitions between moves are particularly helpful. Thank you for posting so much during the quarantine
Drex: Okay, this is gonna take a while to get used to, don't beat yourself up if it takes you a while... Me: cross, un-cross, cross, un-cross, reverse, cross... This is so much easier than the lanes of poi lesson, what are you talking about? Not trying to brag, it just amused me is all.

I never put the correlation between the way my thumb points and how my poi planes are thank you! This will help my control so much.
