For those who do not understand Russian. This fisherman told the fox that this was his fish, and the fox understood this perfectly. But in the end he liked the fox's trick and gave her one fish. But the humor is that the fox understands the words “this is my fish.”

Then after fox does the "digging" thing, he laughs and says "OK, fine, take it. You deserved it with that digging trick. Well done, handsome guy!" // This is not a word-for-word translation. *Basically, in the beginning, he keeps on saying:*
"Back off, it's my fish. Shoo! No touching!
How does one have such audacity?" - in a jokingly manner.
    *Fox starts scratching*
    * Laughs * ... "Ah you little bastard"
"Okay, take it. Good boy. Consider you dug it up.
That's for the fokus (russian word for magic trick) with the digging".
Then he ends calling him *krasavchik* - which directly translates to "Handsome". It is a word that, depending on the context, is used to compliment someone in the Russian language, mainly by and for guys. It's really meant in a manly way, like if you called your friend a legend after he achieved something worth of appraisal.
If women use this word on men however, it is to directly compliment his looks.
Another way to translate the word in this context would be - "Atta boy". But saying this to your friend in the west would be weird, i guess?

The way the dude kept saying "MY FISH, MY FISH, YOU'RE NOT RATING IT, SHOO"and when the fox just came back he was like "HOW ARE YOU THIS SHAMELESS oh, look at those lil paws scratching, here, have a fish"

Almost endearing how he tried to scare it away but could never bring himself to actually attack it and eventually just warmed up to it, laughed and let it get away with it.

Yes. That's what happened in the video we all just watched. Thank you for explaining it in the most basic way possible. I don't think watching the video is enough, we need people like you to explain the most obvious details of things. I hope you are in the comments for all of the videos I watch. I wouldn't know I was on youtube without the video explainers.

My fish is in the hole! My fish! What are you going to do? What kind of impudence, huh? Here you are impudent, eh! Here you are impudent, eh! What are you going to do? You can't be so impudent!! Guy! Don't be so impudent! Where are you going? What you.. Hell. Well you're impudent, eh!!! How can you do that? Don't eat! Don't eat!!! DON'T EAT. This is my capelin! I say my fish is mine! Mine! Mine hole - mine fish!! Well, the shot! Okay, take it, take it! Well done, consider you dug it up. This is for you for the digging trick. Handsome.

It's an arctic fox. They're well-known to not give a fox about humans and would steal from under your nose, like what happened here. What we don't see after the clip is that fox sticking close to him, hoping to snag another fish.
