How are you not ending up with a gap between the outer baseboard and the last piece of flat trim? It seems like I will get a space there that is too big.
Looks nice. To each their own but, I gotta have some kind of mantel. Oh, and color on the walls.. the all white trend going on right now...blllaaahh looks like a bland apartment.

It's a gas fireplace that was already installed by the builder. Sorry I don't have more info.
