In 2016, three million people with disabilities requested extra help when passing through UK airports, creating a record number of requests. Edinburgh Airport is Scotland's busiest airports and this programme explores the great progress the airport is making, in improving access for people with disabilities.

All well and good but the approach road to Scotland's national airport is still a major embarrassment, the airport a mess of confusing roads and signage and most insulting of all, visitors fall victim to the airport owners' avarice by being forced to pay a fee to drop off and collect. Airport owners have all attended the same business school course in how to screw as much loot as possible out of your long-suffering customers who have no choice but to pay up. More profits, trebles all round and bonuses for directors!
