It's probably a good idea, because it will help quite a bit with the frosting, also when I used 100% soy wax for my flower molds, it was too soft which was a big reason why the candles broke off when I tried to remove them from the molds. However, after some research I found that adding stearic acid to the wax can make them harder, so it's definitely something to consider, and experiment with.
