Stu has used to the speedrunning so much, that he forgot how it is to control calmly and sufficiently (while his hostile doesn't overwhelm Stu's forces.
I already wanted to laugh, but I understood everything, and yet I burst out laughing. and I laughed at how in the mission "outbreak" you take control of one infectious)
Damn bro, even the optional missions were a breeze for you. Will you also speedrun the LotV missions? I recently replayed that campaign and often found myself wondering how you would handle the missions and how fast you'd be. :)
Next challenge, complete each mission by clearing the map of all enemy forces, Brutal. If main objective is timed, all enemy forces must be cleared before the timer runs out. Just imagine spawn-camping Kerrigan in the last mission.
Technically in secret mission spawning hostile units shouldn't be forbidden. Right? But still looks great, SC II was mine most replayable game years ago, but I still failed to come up with such a challenge
Escaping the lab: "Some of you may die, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make." Mby he only escaped with the one medic so they could have some private time on the transport... 😘
@@StuGames waaaaaaaaa???? Dude I got that game on release and play it to this day. Old school blizzard still schooling me. Ty for the grade A entertainment.
@@135791max Never said I did and I never made this comment on the video he did all in on. Based on everything he did in the last video, doing the evacuation without hive mind emulator would have been a cake walk. He literally just beat every single build mission in this entire video with mass hive mind and as anyone whos ever played this game knows, hive mind emulator is the single most overpowered thing in the game. Even a noob can beat all in on brutal with hive mind emulator because hive mind emulator is already the easiest strat to beat the mission. so how about next time you think about embarrassing yourself by opening your mouth, just dont do it. Let everyone assume youre of average intelligence instead of confirming that you fall far below the average.
I was wondering how you were going to beat the missions with only what the game gives ya, but I honestly did not expect the hive mind emulator. Honestly, imho, I too think it's cheap to them like how few others here feel. But technically you did do what you advertised, despite it being a cheap loop hole shit. And you did beat the Raynor Hybrid mission with no recruits, even though they technically would've not counted towards "building" a unit as well. So it was pretty interesting. But you know? After watching this, Carbot's Starcrafts, and other PVP SC games, it really drives home just how strong Planetary Fortress investment is. Fuck the Perdition turrets. Those are a waste of money even though they are way cheaper to build. Who cares if they can hide and only cost a small fraction of the cost of a CC/PF if they die so easily when detected or come out to kill stuff? They are useless against any range/flier zergs. They are only useful for taking down Lings. But at that point you might as well place bunkers with firebats in them and put hellions on the side. Imagine if WOL back then had Hellbats... So word of wise to future WOL campaign players: NEVER get the Perdition turrets. They may be fun to use a bit during like the zombie apocalypse esque mission, but that's it... You're more better off building Predators instead... And they are arguably more useless than Hercules. And even Hercules is not even used much if at all (besides that Kerrigan data collection mission)... So that should tell you something. Always go PF. You can never go wrong with PF, besides losing out on a mobile CC+OC. Also, Stukov/Gerald were wrong. The PSI Disruptor was not the key to victory against the Zerg. It was the hive mind emulator. Honestly, they should've invested more into the research of the overlord rather than putting up a flimsy security detail for maintaining/protecting the disruptor. But then again, the disruptor is what allowed them to take down the overlord and pacify it and develop the research materials for the emulator (four years later) in the first place... So I guess that evens out. But honestly the SC2 Disruptor is meh. Even if you take it for the Nydus Worm version of All In, it's still meh since the wave can still virtually overwhelm you if you leave the worms alone and your PF/Siege tanks can't down the waves fast enough. Even with the Disruptor+Marauder slow upgrade that some people post on various answer sites/forums is not that gamebreaking since again they can still overwhelm ESP when they start busting out the Ultralisks and/or Kerrigan personally comes and annihilates your defenses easily... Yeah good luck trying to build it all back up again in time. Just go the Fliers version and have the brood lords go to town on her. That's why the Emulator is just so boss. Virgin Disruptor vs Chad Emulator. Honestly, if they just simply doubled the range of the disruptor (cuz despite some people saying it has pretty nice range, personally for me it's still too small), then it would've been more attractive option over the emulator everyday any day. Or at the very least, have it function like the SC1 lore version of the disruptor, where it corrupts the zerg in range over time into becoming feral. So instead of like the emulator where you can take control of 1 or 2 units at a time depending on its energy bar, the disruptor would turn them into a third party rogue AI that the enemy comp can't control and you can't control either. So that it would be one chaotic three way free-for-all in a sense. NOW THAT would've been an interesting option. Could've been almost equally interesting and OP as the emulator. But nope... Instead we got a meh slow debuff aura generator in this timeline...
Also Stu, I don't know if you're interested in this, but I've made a lot of challenge/speedruns of the WC3 TFT mission "King Arthas". Some people consider it one of the hardest missions in WC3. I beat it with 0 villagers escaped on Hard in only 8:16, almost three times as fast as the previous challenge run of this kind. I also managed to beat the mission without spending any resources, which I'm proud of since the mission is designed around "infinite" resources. It's on this channel if you're interested.
Hello) The most interesting thing in mission "In Utter Darkness" is that aircraft carriers initially do not have automatic construction of interceptors enabled) I noticed this only after some time) cool job!)
Part 1: ua-cam.com/video/3iFxEvnqQGk/v-deo.html
Seems like Raynor is better at controlling the Zerg than Kerrigan is.....
Terran: "This is too much difficult!"
Zerg: "Oh, fine! I will do it myself."
The colonists must have been sweating watching all of the Zerg _protecting_ their transport.
35:31 I thought I was going to see some clever tricks or really good micro knowing Stu. Man, I didn't expect that.
Stu has used to the speedrunning so much, that he forgot how it is to control calmly and sufficiently (while his hostile doesn't overwhelm Stu's forces.
Will you have a desire to make another "fight club" video after the release of a new balance patch for Starcraft 2?
yes
@@StuGames great!

35:40 chad Jim vs the virgin Brutalisk 😂
I think Stu is the real Zerg Overmind because he controls the terrans in order to control the zerg

GZ! The control and perfect unit split on In Utter Darkness was insane. I dread that mission.
Same here, but the dark templar wall is very good there with enough air units to snipe detectors.
I'm no good but that's the only way I know how to win that map.
Bunkers, turrets, planetary fortress...
GREAT DEFENSE WEAPONS

Unfortunately, he's a heroic unit. Heroes are invulnerable to mind control, game mechanics😢

can't wait until you do the LotV missions!
In "In Utter Darkness," is there a reason to use Forges, not Cybernetics Cores?
Cool! But just wandering - why did you skip LOTV speedrun? You don't like protoss so much? ;P
Бро, как всегда высший класс, скажи пожалуйста, ты во время миссий сохраняешься вообще?
yes, occasionally
Omg you are the best!!
You get to keep the Odin for the rest of the mission on media blitz? I don’t remember that.
You get to keep it if it doesn't get destroyed during the sneak attack. I only discovered that a year ago or so as well 😉
