One day I hope I can open my bakery, I make cakes already but my family and I love bread so much. I miss Naija bread. I pray I can open my own bakery one day. Well done ma
Wonderful work. But Nigerian food industry no gloves. Please don't take offense just letting you know that anyone handling food must wear gloves. Thank you.
he fact that this is Nigeria bread making company, i'm impressed, great job Mary. You see this is life, you show people how you do things and you'll be criticized without knowing what you went through or how you even got to build what you have here, please don't let people put sand in your garri oh. Whoever wants to learn should send you message directly, don't share the bread making process like this anymore. God bless your hard work.
Thanks maam for your nice lessons. Is it a must that you caver your bread while it is in the oven ?and what kind of improvers and preservatives do you use ?
Thank you very much for taking us through this journey 🙏 please what us the name of the oven and how many tray is it? Is it 3 deck 12 trays? Thank you.
I am watching from England Shropshire and I cannot wait to start my own bakery in the next 6 weeks. My oven is a 3 deck 9 tray gas oven. You are doing a wonderful job.
Good job mam. I just stumbled on your video. Please, a quick question; is the floor of your oven stainless steel or stone and where can I easily buy one? Thanks for your reply
It’s thick aluminum but you have to do another pan to put in the oven it’s called aluminum tray very big flat tray it’s done by those that do bread pan
Wow you r lovely heart❤ because no one can tell business secret. God bless you always.Mam i have an idea of starts home made business. Ur vedio is very useful for me. Pls share your ingredients in word also finally because some words i can't understand.
Thank you for this video i didn't know that you can dry mix the dry ingredients and i wash thinking the mixing friction can kick start some good temperature during the times of cold weather. Am i right madam? Any idea about how long dry mixing can be done or how far it can be abused for the good reasons?kkkkkkkkk
Thank you so much for sharing and more sales to you. Please can you help with measurement I want to try at home, and if I'm not using a mixer can I still use the chilled water? Please I'd appreciate your answer thank you.
I think the size of the mixer is small to the quantity of the ingredients. If the mixer is big enough, there is no need to use hand inside the mixer while mixing . Just my thought as a baker I have a machine that accommodates 1 bag of flour. Great work. The Lord bless your efforts.
Thank you Mary for sharing. I love the bread. But you didn't indicate where the milk comes in. I want to bale mine but at what stage do I add my milk? Thank you.
