      It’s thick aluminum but you have to do another pan to put in the oven it’s called aluminum tray very big flat tray it’s done by those that do bread pan

    Thank you for this video i didn't know that you can dry mix the dry ingredients and i wash thinking the mixing friction can kick start some good temperature during the times of cold weather.     I think the size of the mixer is small to the quantity of the ingredients. If the mixer is big enough, there is no need to use hand inside the mixer while mixing . Just my thought as a baker I have a machine that accommodates 1 bag of flour.
