Comments don't pass the vibe check. The place and equipment look old but i don't see the dirt people are seeing

Thank you very much for the comment.. This world, we all see differently but even if someone is wrong, it is equally wrong to use an insulting way to correct whoever has gone wrong. Most of the comments those people who saw the place as dirty, sounded more insulting to me than corrective. Some even sent the comments towards me.. If they find time, they should visit some the bakeries in their areas and they will see this woman's own as better..

They are not following the bakery guidelines; wearing the protective gears like aprons, head gears, closed shoes and from the looks of things, their working environment is not well kempt. However, I appreciate their resilience, hardwork and creative minds. We have to work if we must eat!
    Thankyou for everything!

Most people in Ghana dont follow any safety rules when it comes to the stuffs you have listed above. Even those who do more dangerous works dont unless they work for a recognized factory

It's water. They put water in a pan or olonka to keep the baking environment moist . That helps making the baked bread soft and moist @fordcitylive9861
