Im currently 34 weeks with my second. I found with my first I could work out alot harder right through, but this time around has been alot harder and this was perfect. Thank you 😁
Woooo! Still getting it at 33 weeks! I did a workout at my mom's house and she was amazed. She was like, "I didn't do anything while I was pregnant! Your labor is gonna be flawless." Yay :)

@@whatsinaname571 hi there, in fact my baby is a month old today! I developed preeclampsia and had to be induced. so that wasn't how I had planned, but once I went through that whole thing, I only pushed through about 6 contractions. she was out in 15 minutes! the medical staff were surprised! I'm sure staying active was why it was so easy for me.

@@whatsinaname571 Heck yeah go for it! My mom always told me growing up that you never get done with a workout and say, "oh I really wish I hadn't done that."

38 weeks with baby #2, i wish I found this workout sooner! I've been doing lots of squats but apparently not enough wall squats because those killed me! Huge thanks to bodyfit my Amy for keeping me moving during my entire pregnancy.
back again but this time 26 weeks with baby #3! Still gotta work on those wall squats 😅
@@absamazing12 it's my first pregnancy I'm 30 weeks and by God I struggled to lift my feet 😅 seems I need to work on those too!
