I'm hooked to the TT, its all I've been playing for the last few months. i play in cockpit view, right on the bike and the sense of speed and the rush you get when you finally do a lap without crashing is insane! can't wait for TTIOM 3 this may!
Great review, thanks. Pro Tip controller tweak: Under Options/Controls scroll down to Steer left AND Steer right, and change the Sensitivity setting from the default -10 to ZERO, The responsiveness to change of direction is perfect.
I've held off from these TT games for some time now, but your reviews have a nasty habit of leaving an itch that you have to scratch by opening a wallet and the comedy you put in these things is truly appreciated.
Bro first of all great review! I’ve been playing since yesterday cuz I found the game in the PS deluxe and I had no faith in it but this game makes you feel speed and the semi simulation is pretty good. Frustrating spend half of time sliding and breaking all your bones on the asphalt but it’s great. That kind of game that makes you enjoy get better. And yes, you’re right, playing this game with your buddies gotta be really fun.
@@DylonND But please.... ride it in a POV camera mode. It's much harder to anticipate what's coming next, but it will also give you much more satisfaction.
@@Kin0bii Hey I've played it finally, but no review yet. I'm debating if I have enough to say for a full review or doing a short. I haven't decided yet. But I've already got the short written
@@DylonND oh nice! Just in time for TT 2024 then. I look forward to hearing your thoughts as I really enjoy your reviews and had an absolute blast playing the TT3 game. 😀👍
@@Kin0bii I appreciate that, I might need to make a full review on it then! I just felt like I was being a bit to hard on it. But I'll try to find some motivation to keep playing
I would call myself a intermediate experienced sim racer, been simracing for the last 15 years. Even older MotoGP parts on PS2. IoM RotE 2 fucks me up so much, im about 10 hours into the game and i cant complete a whole race without crashing, dude i just cant get warm with the physics.. Or is it maybe just the way the game handles the contoller input? Either way somehow the game manages to have me stay engaged and i kind of like it 🤷♂️
I just can't combine brake good enough with this game even at 10+ braking sensitivity. If I'm at 140mph I cant get below that to 70mph to make them turns unless I brake 7 sec's early but with this game to stay ahead of them career riders I need a 3 to 4 sec braking setup but Can't some how. Can Rims and Ride 4 brake quicker I wonder?
I think it was 16 minutes with several crashes, but I can probably do one without crashing at some point and get under that for sure. The s1000r is geared to be really really fast on the straights.
It's slightly more arcade, I would wager - but not by much. You mostly just have to deal with the speed you carry and not so much corner exit - which is still a concern in Ride 4.
@@DylonND Thanks! Was looking for something better than Ride 4, but luckily I bought IOM TT2 on winter sales deal haha. For me in terms of feeling, nothing has topped MotoGP 22 so far.

Thanks for the watch, and sorry about the wallet Martin, hopefully you can snag it on sale! I really do appreciate all the comments btw.
I played ride 4 and this game both but i like this game more because of it's open world and physics, first person mode
open world really makes a difference!
Great review, you've actually convinced me to buy
it's a good game! Glad you liked the review.

Can't wait for Tourist Trophy and 999R Racing Version tyranny! Amazing game....
Oooohhh I haven't played 999R, I'll add it to my list!

I couldnt top an 18:29 lap on a 600. I must have played it for about 24 hrs but just couldnt get any better
Nice review! I still play this game, it has many flaws, but its most fun moto racing game there is, with decent physix
I love the sense of speed!
This is a true soaked gamer shorts and choccy milk moment. Good stuff!
hell yeah brother
I wish they would make a more realistic simulator version of this - imaging some kinda esports championship!
Yeah that was most peoples feeling on steam too.
They are, iom3, by rims dev
Apparently TT3 has physics just like rims. Excellent review thanks
gonna play it soon!

Thanks for these videos and reviews about all these motorcycle games. I love playing them but I’m a total beginner noob! Lol. 😀
Glad I could help!
Great review and 100% to the point imo.
that's what I'm aiming for!
Watching before I buy. PlayStation Store have this with 80% off! Will try to play in 1st person!
Do it!!!
Think someone heard your wishes cause TT3 is being developed by Raceward, new 'dark souls of racing games' coming right up
As soon as that comes out I'll be reviewing it! And I know right, it's probably my fault it exists now :D

same here! I'm excited for TTIOMROE3! (lol that name)
TT 3 is out!
Are we gonna have a review for this one?
I've been working on it slowly, first impression wasn't good so I'm trying to let it grow on me.
@DylonND Take your time. Not all games turn out good, if it's unplayable then don't force it
ist there someone Here WHO does constantly 14' or Low 15' minute laptimes in snaefall mointain in TT Ride in the Edge 2 ?
Mid 15's here on the zx10, I think I've reached the ceiling of my limits though, anyone doing sub 15's are just sickos😭

It might be your sensitivity settings, I'd check those first or try a different controller!
I just dl IOM 2 on my ps5 today...hey is there any way to adjust the brightness and contrast? btw helluva lot better than the first IOM!!
That I don't know, should be some settings in game?

The first game looks better especially on the graphics or maybe thats just your setup?
I turn off motion blur, that might do it?

not sure. I would check the steam community
@@DylonND I understand, thank you
Hi, can this be played with a Logitech wheel and are there any circuits tracks or only road racing.
That I don't know, I'd check steam discussion for that one. And just road courses!
